{Lucas POV}
*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*
"Uggghhhh... SHUT UP!" I threw my hand over on top of my alarm clock trying to find the snooze button to shut it off.
I'm not a very good morning person, obviously. I slowly sit up as the sun blinds my eyes, sighing deeply. I brush my dark locks out of my eyes as I flunked myself back down onto my bed.
After about five minutes I decided I really needed to get up and get ready. I groaned as I rolled off of my bed, hitting my cold wooden floor. I then stood up and headed to the bathroom.
I looked in my mirror hanging on the bathroom wall and ran my fingers through my black locks hanging loosely around my face. My hair is a mess.
After I finished getting ready I headed downstairs to eat my breakfast. No one was in the kitchen, thank goodness.
I sat down and ate my breakfast, after I finished I darted out the door as fast as I could. I was excited for my first day of work.
Finally, a reason to be away from home all day! I was actually being positive, which was rare for me in the mornings.

It took me around 25 minutes to walk to the Café, which wasn't that bad. I opened the door and immediately I saw Umeko running up to me, her eyes glowing with excitement.
"LUCAS!!! YOU'RE HERE!" she shouted as she hugged me with her deathly grip she has. "I'll show you where to clock in at and then I'll teach you how to make different kinds of coffee, ok!"
She grabbed my wrist and dragged me in the back of the café.
This is going to be a fun day.....

"Just like that! Good job Lucas! You're a natural at making this stuff!" Umeko smiled at me as she handed me a spice to put on top off the delicious smelling coffee that I had just made.
"Order number 5 is ready!" I said as I handed the coffee to the customer, with a gentle look on my face. It was only 9 a.m. and there has already been quite a few customers. It was mostly older people weirdly enough.

I glanced at the clock on the wall above the coffee machine. 11 a.m. already? I got here at about 7, dang time has passed fast.
I was already enjoying my day so far. Taking orders and making coffee was actually pretty easy.
Everything was ok.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH LUCAS!" yeah, ummmm maybe not that perfect.
"HE'S HERE!!" She squealed in my ear. "Who?" I questioned her, it was probably her boyfriend or something along that line.
"The hot guy. He's a regular here! Oh! And he's rich!" Oh great. Just what I need, her squealing over a hot, rich guy everyday. I rolled my eyes as I shook her off.
