°Ryan POV°

I watched the focus in Suni's eyes as she arranged Lui's computers in the infirmary while Lui connected certain wires with medical equipment and stuck what looked like an I.V. on the back of (y/n)'s hand.
The tiny prick must've disturbed her since her eyelids twitched and the heart monitor increased in pace for a only a few seconds before calming again.

What's going on inside her mischievous beautiful mind...

She still hasn't woken up, but Nogla still flicks the tip of a needle, knocking off excess drops of sedative before injecting (y/n), causing another slight increase in the heart monitors pace.

Everything was quick, fluid motions with no sound besides the steady beat of (y/n)'s heart. The silence brought some kind of assurance to me, and I decided to leave the room.

Down the hall and toward the dining area I could hear mumbles of concerns and curiosity, and I turn the corner to see Fitz, Dashie, Brock, Amy, Marzia and Mark mumbling to each other and making faces, rubbing the back of their necks and twirling their thumbs.

"Hey guys, what's the matter?" I speak up, walking towards them and their eyes snap to me.

Amy and Maria are the first to rush over and meet me halfway, and Marzia has tears running down her face.

"Is she okay?! Where is she?! What's happening!?" Amy folds her hands together in front of her chest, fear in her eyes.

"Oh Mr. Ohmwrecker we apologize we didn't know! None of us saw him walk in! Please don't be mad!" Marzia grabs my arm pleading and I chuckle, putting my hands to their shoulders.

"Ladies, it's alright, I know you didn't mean for this to happen and I don't blame you." I give them reassuring smiles and they hesitate before returning it.

"Okay." They nod simultaneously, and I turn to the guys who give me a few caring smiles and nods.

"Thank you guys for your care and concern, really, but I think (y/n) needs it more than I do." I nod my head in the direction of the infirmary and their eyes light up.

"Yo, mah boys are you sure? I mean is baby girl still being searched or did they find that microchip?" Dashie speaks up, fixing his chef hat, and I pause, realising (y/n) might still be in the middle of the search or even in surgery to extract it.

"Well, lets just check up on her then." I turn on my heels and head straight for the infirmary door and hear frantic footsteps behind me.

°SuniDey POV°

I hold the needle, shaking as I watch Lui run the strange small device over (y/n)'s body, the screen in front of us showing a small electric signal radiating from her neck.
The back of her neck.

We had to time it just right, since the microchip was planted into her blood stream as opposed to being attached to muscle tissue where it would remain stationary.

"Are you ready Suni?" Lui pauses as we take notice to the cycle of blood flow the chip follows and after another heart beat, the chip stop only for a second and I submerge the needle into her skin, the pressure inhaling the chip along with almost an ounce of blood.

"I got it!" I slip the needle out and detach the tube filled with blood, marking it to let Lui know it had the chip inside.

He sighs and sits back, laughing and wiping a little sweat from his forehead. I giggle, taking my glasses off to clean them and noticing the little cloud of fog that stuck to the lower half, something that happened a lot when my skin was hotter than the actual lenses.

"Thanks Lui." I give him a fist pound and he smiles wide.

"No problem Suni Lady!" He squeaks and I laugh, hearing knocking on the door.

I yelled to come in and I see almost every employee walk into the room, gawking at the sight of all the equipment put together while Brock and Ryan rush to (y/n)'s bedside.

"She's gonna be fine, the chips out." I smile confidently and everyone let's out a stream of relieved sighs and whispers of 'yes'.

"She should wake up pretty soon, maybe a few minutes, the side of her neck will be sore and she might be dizzy but she should be fine. She lost only an ounce of blood so it's best if she maintains high vitamin C, Nogla is actually supposed to be with Jack and Felix helping to make her a meal plan for the next couple weeks.

Everyone nods and glances at (y/n), probably waiting to see her eyes open. I lean close to Lui and ask about Tyler and Evans whereabouts.

"They're downstairs training, they've been there since they got back home, paranoid as ever to try and protect her when she came back. I think Smitty is actually down there with them as well."

My eyebrows pull together in both care and concern. I turn back to (y/n), who finally stirs and groans while everyone begins to crowd around her, even Lui, so I quickly slip out to get Evan, Smitty and Tyler to come see her.

TIME SKIP

° (Y/N) POV°

"I think she's waking up!"

"Shh! Don't be so loud!"

"Guys back up!"

"I hope she's okay..."

All the voices are hushed and worrisome, full of hope and anticipation, and I open my eyes, my vision struggling to focus and I feel a sore ache in the side of my neck.

I see everyone around me, and I mean everyone.

Seeing them smile and comfort me makes my heart skip and I smile gently at all of them.

"You're all here." I murmur, exhausted, and they take turns asking if I'm okay, hungry, thirsty or cold and I giggle at the banter.

"Guys I'm okay, just dizzy and kinda sore." I rub my neck, cringing and for some reason they all look at each other and laugh, coming closer and giving me hugs and sitting on the bed or ruffling my hair.

I love this new family.
