"I'm going to go to the toilet"I said, standing up already walking away I already knew no one was going to hear me so there isn't much point speaking but you know just in case.
At the corner of my eye I can see Hayden stand up from his seat real quickly, "I.. um can show you where it is?" He questioned, scratching the back of his neck. Damn he actually heard me that's a first, anyway I nod not saying much because I just want the toilet. How are you going to go without knowing where it is?
He quickly scrambled away toward the exit, me following after him, while of course ignoring Annie's stares and Johnnys glares.
Closing the door, we walk in silence.
Awkward silence, to be specific.
"So..how's life?" Hayden asks, breaking the awkward tension. I fake the biggest smile "it's going great you?", damn you're a good actor sometimes Lauren, pat in the back for that one.
"Could be better" he mumbled to himself, not really wanting to finish the conversation anymore, I nod my head finally reaching the toilets, honestly my bladders about to burst, "thanks for walking me here!" I wave awkwardly at him. I turned around, before being grabbed by the wrist, making me turn and look toward him. I narrowed my eyes at the sudden movement. "I have to tell you something", he says.
"Er okay, go ahead."
"I know this is weird but I've known you sense we were babies..and like you know I...i-i like you."
Wait what?
I stare at him completely shocked my mouth dropped open this guy can not be serious, studying his face for any jokes and wanting to hear the: 'Ha!I got you'.
But I didn't get that.
Thinking about it, do I like him? Do I not? What about Annie? What should i do know?
He let's go off my wrist "I knew it...you don't like me.." he pauses, "Why would you? Your perfect and look at me...im the opposite of that." He started fiddling with his hair, what the heck?
I shake my head,wanting to say something. But nothing comes out my mouth.
It's like I have no tongue.
That's a funny one, sense when did you ever have one?
"I'm going to go now" he said.
"No" I replied, my voice cold and strong.
"I like you too"
And then I crashed my lips into him.
But what I didn't know was, someone was watching us the whole time, at this point I regret every little thing I did at that time.
Everything.

Well then that's a tad bit awkward, a sticky one if you ask me. But why's Lauren regretting it isn't Hayden single?

Yes this is edited, I'm the future me speaking right now. Does that make any sense? Honestly my writing was weird back then, still is but definitely not this weird. I'm trying to edit it better but I don't want to change much because of the old readers.
