"Mom, why are we going to a party not dressed and soooooooooo early?" Ian asked as he yawns rubbing his eyes. It was 8 almost 9 in the morning, and I had to get ready with Layla and the brides maids, Jillian, Kim, and John.

Especially since they had the bridesmaids dresses over there.

"Well, I have your tux, but we have to get my dress over there and Mommy has to get ready over there too." I smiled kissing his head as I cooked him pancakes and eggs.

"Well, alright. Are there gonna be kids I could play with at least, Mom?" He asked as i flopped eggs and the pancakes onto his plate and sat next to him on the kitchen counter. Gosh, I thought, if he only knew.

"Of course there is. I even think you have two kids to play with over there." i smiled at him as he at his eggs with his Iron Man spork, and he smiled back, as if approving.

"I didnt wanna be the only little kid at a grown up party is all." He said, stabbing his syrup drowned pancake and shoving it in his mouth.

"Well, you'll have fun either way, and you're going to dance with me!" I smiled as he giggled.

"I always like when we dance at home, but its different in front of people." He said shyly, with his eyes wide.

"Yeah, its more fun, because we are having ten times more fun then they are." I countered, as I shake my head and shoulders, fake dancing. Which only caused the beautiful laughter of my son.

Smiling instantaneously, I leaned over and kisses his cheek, "I love you, Mister. 5-ever."

"5-ever" He smiled. Kissing my cheek with his sticky lips.

"Hurry and finish, baby, because we have to hurry."

"Mom," Ian said, with wide eyes, "this place is big." He said with wide eyes, only causingme to smile. We always passed by big places, he just wasnt used to them since we have lived in a small town home.

"You should see the inside," I smiled looking into the rear view mirror to see his eyes widen wider, as i drive into the U drive way.

Opening the door, I smiled and got out with the tux and Ian holding my hand. "Im going to get ready sweetie okay? You may have to close your eyes or go into another room." I saw as he nods.

"Alright, Mom."

Walking up the stairs, and into the house where i was greeted with strawberries and champagne, they guide me to the second floor to the west wing where Layla was.

Opening the big french doors, Layla is sitting there getting her hair fixed. Dead center, she looked stunning. She had a soft blue shae of make up that only made her eyes look a deeper shade of blue, her lips a soft pink and smile just as bright. She was happy.

Looking up, she smiles, "Hazel! You guys made it!" Her smile was undeniably genuine. He face only exposed every piece of happiness she felt.

Going to hugg her, she said "Sweetie, sit. Jen, please do her make up? Something bold to go with those wild curls," she laughed as she sat back down and continued her conversation with hair dresser.

"Hazel, is this your little boy?" Jillian smiled as she and Kim ran their hands through Ians hair.

Nodding with a bright smile, Ian says, "Hi."

Smiling the girls pull Ian into a room that was away from the nail polish stench and hairspray.

Gosh, Ian is going to meet Mark. The resemblance would be obvious to a blind man. I sighed as i closed my eyes for the eye shadow.
