"Ashton," Luke whimpered, curling up to the significantly smaller boy.

"Yes, baby?" Ashton whispered, turning around to face Luke.

"Did you really mean what you said? In the chat?"

"Of course, Lukey."

"Then why did you say it in front of everyone?"

"Because, I would've been to scared to say it just to you... You're too beautiful. I can't compare."

Luke blushed, and for once he felt like Ashton was actually telling the truth when he said that he really liked Luke.

"I-I have one other question, Ash..."

"Go for it, Lukey."

"What happened on Christmas Eve?" He asked quietly. "Why did you make me do that?"

"Let's keep that memory locked away, Luke. I don't know exactly what happened, but it happened, and it's the past now. It won't ever happen again, I promise."

Luke, who wasn't nearly sufficiently pleased with the answer, sighed and nodded nonetheless.

"I love you, Ashton."

"I love you too, Luke."

-

"Hannah, you've got to stop following me on Twitter. You make me look weird."

"Says the kid with green hair," she retorted, snorting as she scrolled through her Twitter feed, "why do you even post this shit?"

"It says specifically that if you can repost that picture with one finger on your nose, you'll live forever!"

"Yeah, and Patrick told that gross old woman that the chocolate they were selling would make her live forever. We all want things, Michael. Not all of us get them."

"That was like, the only wise thing you've ever said," Calum rolled his eyes.

"Why do I hang out with you people?" She asked, confused.

Luke opened Michael's door quickly and shut it.

"I'm sorry that I'm late. Ashton and I slept in."

"Oh? And why did you two sleep so late?" Hannah giggled. "Were you doin' the frickle frackle?"

Luke rolled his eyes when Calum and Michael laughed.

"Oh my god, Luke, you seriously smell awful," Hannah backed away nervously, crawling in to Michael's lap.

"Yeah, Ashton has a piss kink. Does that answer what everyone is thinking?" Luke joked, shrugging.

"He has what?" Hannah deadpanned.

"Oh, don't bother," Michael sighed, "he's joking us."

"Do not joke about piss, Luke," Calum laughed.

"Can I shower here?" Luke asked, already tugging on his grimy shirt.

"Sure, you know where it is," Michael nodded.

Luke disappeared upstairs.

"Did anyone else see the lovebites on his shoulders?" Hannah asked when Luke was out of earshot.

"Um, no."

"There's tons of them. And one on his neck."

"How did you even notice that?"

"It's easy to find when you're thinking about it."

Later, Luke came downstairs with a new flowercrown settled on his damp hair and new clothes.

"Hi," he smiled, grabbing his guitar from the corner stand and strumming a few chords.

"So, practice today?" He asked, raising his eyebrows.

Hannah shrugged, sitting with her head leaned against Michael's chest and his arm wrapped around her neck.

"We were thinking about taking a day off," Calum said, "so you can hang out with Ashton, and Hannah and Michael can do, whatever they do."

Luke shrugged. "Sounds fine with me? See you three tomorrow?"

"Sure."

-

"Fucker!" Hannah cried as Michael splashed her with water that he'd gathered in his hands from the pond.

"Come on, have some game, Hannah!" Michael shouted over the pounding rain.

She cupped water in her hands and threw it at Michael, barely hitting him.

"Go for the face, H," Michael laughed.

"Wow, way to make an innuendo, Michael. You know, you should be an author?"

"Fuck that. That's too boring. Sitting at a computer desk all day, the white glare of the screen on your face. The sting in your eyes when you finally see the light of day."

"Did I not just tell you that you should be an author?" Hannah asked, smiling and pressing her lips to Michael's.

(sorry for that het)

-

"Luke!" Ashton called, hearing the footsteps of the tall boy coming down the stairs.

"Yeah, Ash?"

"Did you make this pizza? It's really good."

"Um, well, I would take credit for it, but the pizza place downtown actually made it."

"Aww, wow, my beautiful boyfriend can't cook? That's something that you should've mentioned to me, love."

Luke stopped in his tracks. Love? Boyfriend? It wasn't like he hadn't heard these words before, and god, no, he wasn't confused, but he liked the sound of those words rolling off of Ashton's tongue.

They'd already admitted their love for each other.

"Ashton, are we really boyfriend and... boyfriend?" Luke asked, running his fingers through his hair and replacing his flowercrown.

"Is that a problem? I don't want to go too fast for you, baby."

"You're going at a perfect pace, Ash," Luke giggled, sensing the innuendo despite his innocent demeanor.

"But still, I don't want to rush anything. Are you sure you're okay with this?"

"It's perfect," Luke smiled, leaning Ashton against the wall behind them to kiss him softly.

"Oh, stop it, you're too teasing," Ashton smirked, flipping them around and wrapping Luke's left leg around his waist.

"I'm your little tease," Luke breathed, tilting his head back to give Ashton a large canvas for lovebites and the like.

"My little tease. I like that," Ashton smirked, nipping at the skin playfully before pulling away and watching Luke's swollen lips.

Luke smiled at Ashton and kissed his eyebrow chastely.

"Yours."

"Mine."
