Katelyn.
(Y/n) stood in front of me. Her head bent and hands in her pockets. Though her white eyes shone out. We stared at each other. Silently. "(Y/n)," I muttered. And then she was in front of me. "Hey Blue." "It's really you. You're really here," I say. Reaching out to touch her. (Y/n) nodded. My hands curl up in a ball and tears filled my eyes. Instead of placing my hand on her cheek, I punched her. "Why did you leave us?! Why did you leave me?! You said we were forever! I'm committed to you," I cried! I repeatedly hit her. Angry with myself. And (Y/n) let me. She didn't say anything. Or make a sound. She just let me. "Now I have to deal with three teenage kids on my own who are all grieving different! You could of told someone! I wouldn't have stopped you! No instead, like always, you had to go do things yourself! You're selfish (Y/n)," I screamed! (Y/n) stopped my upcoming punch. And then my next one. I tugged at my hands but she didn't let go. And then I was falling. "People die for a reason Katelyn. That's how life works." The sky had stars in it. And then (Y/n) was here. I wasn't falling anymore. I stepped towards her but (Y/n) stepped back. "You can't come any closer," she says. "Why not," I asked? "Because I can harm you. I can't control myself Katelyn," (Y/n) says. "I'm here. It's going to be okay." "No it's not!!!" Her voice echoed all over the place. And it seemed like I was seeing double. Her eyes seemed dangerous again. I stepped back. Already knowing what she was capable of when they were like that. And then I was in an all white room. No one was in it. Just me. Though a presence could be felt. "If I could bring your beloved back to life what would you do," a voice asked? It was hard to decipher whether it was a boy or a girl. "Depends on who is asking," I say. The person laughed loudly. Like this was some game. "Clever girl. Let's just say I'm an old friend of your wife's. Now would you do anything," the voice asked? I felt a shiver go down my back and turn around. There was nobody. "In a heartbeat," I state. "What if I said I just needed one thing," the voice asked? "What is it," I asked? "The amulet." I put my hand into (Y/n)'s amulet. No. They can't have this. This is mine. This is the only thing I have from her. "No. You can't have it." "But it can heal your wife. Don't you want that," the voice asked? "My wife is dead. I know that. She has trusted me with this amulet. You aren't getting it," I spat. The voice laughed again. Everything else was covered in darkness.
I woke up breathing heavily. Looking down I made sure the amulet was still on my neck. It was. To my surprise instead of the whole thing being blue half of it was (f/c).
(Y/n).
I woke up in a dimly lit cavern. There's the sound of dripping water. Someone is humming. Fire crackles in the air. And my body hurts. I slowly sit up. Sweeping my eyes around the room. "Oh goodie. Your up," a voice says. It's an old voice. I turned to see an old woman. One I knew fairly well. "What am I doing here," I asked? "Relax. I mean you no harm. I saved you actually. You were very weak when I found you. But I helped make you whole again," she says. And then she laughed. That horrible laugh. Like the ones no one wants to hear, but they do anyway. "Why are you even helping me? You hate me," I spat. "Hated. Past tense. Past tense. And besides there's greater power in saving you," she says. "Like what," I asked? I went to stand up and almost fall from pain. I bite my tongue to hold back the scream and grab onto something. "You idiot! Don't do that!" I slapped her hands away glaring. "I do not take orders from no body. Especially not you," I state. I get up on my own accord. Wincing slightly as I feel bones pop. I go to look at her to find she can't look me in the eye. "Your eyes are still white deary. I don't want to be your next victim," she says. "So basically I'm stuck with you? I can't leave," I asked? "You can leave whenever you want. I'm just helping return your strength." I quickly stand up. Having to use a wall for help. "Then I'll be going. I don't know what you're doing to me and I don't like it." "Then leave. But be warned. Everything as you know it is going to change. You're a monster (Y/l/n). Always was and always will. You are a ticking time bomb ready to explode. I wonder who's going to pay the price. Your wi-." I quickly was in front of her glaring. Forcing her back into a wall. "Talk about my wife again and I'll kill you. Do you understand? She has nothing to do with our history," I growled. My eyes glowing. "See. You're a monster. But you hide it so well that no one knows." "Shut up," I screamed! Suddenly she wasn't in my grip. I whirled around looking for her. "No one is going to want to be with you. You're a monster. You hurt everyone. Just go." "I said shut up!" She was inside my head. I smashed my fists in my head. Trying to get her out. *Shut up! Shut up! Shut up!" Nothing. She kept laughing at me. I screamed and blood ran down my face. Tears pooled in my eyes. I'm a monster.
Another one 😏
