Katelyn.
Jason moved towards me. So did Matt and Naomi. (Y/n) watched them silently. Arms crossed and a blank stare on her face. My heart pounded in my chest. Even though I know this is only a hologram. "We're right? You're an amulet. How do you know," Jason asked finally? I resisted all the urge to slap him. (Y/n) summoned a chair to her. Sitting in it. "Well I mean I made the amulet to act like this. So the amulet should know anything I know," she says. "Like a personal camera or something," Naomi exclaims. (Y/n) nods. This one doesn't crack a smile. Though it's solid enough to sit in a chair. "She did a good lot of work on you guys. I'm surprise you can even see me. She must of gave y'all a boost," (Y/n) says. "What are you talking about," I asked? Suddenly another (Y/n) appear. "She's asleep. We need to go meet her. Come on Shadow," she says softly and pull the girl out the chair. This (Y/n) frowns and follows. We stare at the space silently after they left. Slowly I went to pick up the amulet. "Let's talked about this later."
(Y/n).
I stare at the eight other me-s. My arms were crossed and I glared at them. "Shadow step out," I spat. Shadow took a step into the light. Hissing slightly. "You all had one job. This was never to get out. Never. You were to stick to the schedule," I say. "Well you're the one who went off a cliff. We split up because of you," Red said. Both the wolf and the magic form. "May I say something?" Illusion was creepy. She always had a mirrored image of herself. "We may get them to forget. I can just possess." "No. Don't do any of that." "Then what do we do? We can't go back together. Have you figured out a way to bring us all back yet? Being apart makes me feel cold," White said. "Not yet. I need more time. And I can't go to Katelyn or any of them unless we're combined. White where's the closest house at? Someone I know preferably," I say. White disappeared and then came back. "Five minutes away if you use speed. I can get us there." "Who's house is it?" She wouldn't meet my gaze. "Who?" "Aunt Martha's."
(You can change it if your name is Martha)
My breath hitched. I can not stay in a house with her. Not in this dimension. She's Satan on Earth. I swear the girl worships him. "Take us anyway White." She nods and goes. "It won't be that bad. She can change," Reg said. "Yeah sure," Shadow says sarcastically.
My eyes open. And I found myself in front of a gate. With two little kids staring at me. "Did you sleep walk here Ms," a girl says. I tilt my head. "Is Martha in there," I asked? "Yeah. We'll go get her." They run away and then return with my aunt. Aunt Martha looks at me. Slowly walking closer. "What do you want," she asked? "Hi Aunt Martha," I state. "What you want girl?! You haven't showed your face around here for more then ten years. And then come expecting something. You alien," Aunt Martha says. "I just need a place to stay Aunt Martha," I say. Aunt Martha crossed her arms. But I knew she was going to say yes. It wasn't holy in the name of Irene. "How long you need to stay," Martha asked? "Two days. Three at the most," I answered. "Come girl. Meet your cousins. These are their kids. Mary and Sarah." I nod my hellos. My cousins hugged me. And I did my best with hugging them back. "You can say with Matilda," Martha says. "Okay. Anything else I can do," I asked? "Get some wood from the back yard. I'm sure you can find the axe." I nod and go.
Christian.
I stopped at Katelyn's house. Opening the door. None of the kids were home. Just Katelyn. She was putting some things in boxes. "I'm glad to see you're up," I say. Shedding my scarf. "The kids are too. I been taking some therapy sessions for a couple of days. It's been helping," Katelyn says. Setting the box down. "That's amazing. Irene this house feels empty. Where are the kids," I asked? "Matt is with Logan. Jason is with Fern. And Naomi is either with Mason or Asher. They'll be home in an hour. How is everyone," Katelyn asked? "Okay. Everyone is coping in their own way. Oh. Speaking of, Mom told me yesterday Jason says my sister is from another dimension," I say. Katelyn laughs at this. "Fern's dad said something about it. We were all in the kitchen just giving ideas. It's the first time I seen everyone happy to look at each other," Katelyn says. I smile and sit. "I feel hollow. I been waiting for a long time to see my sister. And then when I do, I get her for a few months. It just is not fair. Why did that happen," I asked? Katelyn sits besides me. "The kids think it's unfair too. We can't do anything about it now," she says. "So what do we do now," I asked? "Nothing. Nothing but hope she's in a much better place then here. Or hope she somehow is okay," Katelyn says. "That's what your therapist told you huh?" She nods silently.
Katelyn.
I pull the collar on my jacket up. Trying to hide in all the stares I get. A guy comes towards me. "Hey. You're so beautiful that I just had to come over. Can I take you out," he asked? I squirm and look away. "I'm not into guys," I say. "So? One date and I can change your mind. Come on." I show him my ring. "I'm married." Still the guy didn't take it. "She doesn't have to know. Come on baby. I mean I'm probably better then her." I glared at him. "She's dead for your information. And I'm not into you. Good day," I say. And then I walk on. Holding my coat tighter to me.
