Being a girl

Girls that had love and are still learning to recover from that heart ache have so little self confidence and they want to believe that they're beautiful the way they are but they can't, because the guy left them and they'd think over and over in their head, "was i not pretty enough?" "Was I not funny enough" "why wasn't I good enough" and guys, they can move on so quickly, no hesitation. Girls, we try so hard to look even prettier then the day before hoping someone would cstch you from your fall and fix the pain of loneliness and brokenness. Hoping that if they find someone else they know hat love truly isn't real and it wasn't just a stupid dream they would think about all day and night. They'll go days without sleeping, just crying and pretending they're okay because maybe one day, with enough faking they'll actually be happy. But they won't be. Because this nightmare they think they're going through will get worse but then it'll slowly get better for them. But hey don't know that because their world, their home, left them with no explanation with thoughts scrambling through their heads. "Did you ever truly love me? Or was it all an act? And I was stuck in your little game you played with me until you could find somebody better." Boys will say that they're just trying to live their life and make themselves happy but they don't think about how they're hurting the people around them with every step they take towards whatever goal they had. And girls, were a toy, in the box, just waiting to be picked up again, to feel loved and enough for somebody. That's how we'll be able to truly be happy, is if we have a purpose, a reason to go home and a reason to live. So let me ask again. "Do you truly love her? Or are you goig to rip her heart out again and again" because you know she'll always come back because you... were the one... who taught her how to love. Then left her, with questions floating around to scared to touch the outside air.
