Cap and I go through an entire jail by ourselves, Bucky stayed behind. We were going to get our friend out of jail. My bones ached as I entered, we spent a good week planning the attack, which meant I now had 3 days. But I was still fighting on, I could do it, I knew I could make it.

Cap walked up to Clint's cell as I walked up to Sam's, he was asleep. "Wake up sleeping beauty, time for a jail break." I said breaking the glass. He covered his face, and after a moment, looked up. His eyes widened, "Time go go home." I said. He then stood up, ran towards me, and hugged me. "Are you ok?" He asked me, and I nodded. "Just a little sore." I replied.

"You have permission to do this, they're letting us go?" He asked. "No, I gave myself permission and we're letting you go." I said as I walked over to Wanda. I hated those collars with a burning passion. They shocked you if you ever tried to use your powers. I focused and made it malfunction so it wouldnt shock her, and threw it on the ground.

"Josie!" She said embracing me, I let out a groan because of my arm. She looked at me and gave me a look. "What's wrong with your arm?" She asked me. "Nothing, lets go." I said ushering them out. Steve had already gotten Sam and Scott, so it made my job easier. We all regrouped, and began to make our exit.

As we broke out, somewhere between kicking and knocking the guards down, my arm worsened, I even let out a cry, but covered it up. As we got on the ship, everyone went their separate ways, but Sam
stayed back for a while, "Josie, can I talk to you?"
He asked. I froze, and nodded. "When this blows over, maybe we could go out for that coffee I owe you." He said, and I gasped.

"You asking me on a date, Wilson?" I asked, and leaned into him. "You said it, not me. So how about it ?" He asked a second time, and I chuckled. "Coffee, a cup or two." I nodded, and he gave me his million dollar smile. "Josie, we gotta go." Steve yelled. "I'll see you later." I said, and he held my hand, and kissed it. "Stay safe, you look more beautiful alive." He said, and walked away. "Careful Sammy, I almost thought you actually cared for a moment ." I yelled back, and I hear him laugh, "Maybe I do." He replied , and tossed me a coin. I waved to him just before the jet started up.

As I got to the seat, Bucky pulled me aside. "What's wrong with you, Josie?! He asked me. Before I could make up an excuse, he shushed me.

"And don't say nothing again, I know your lying." He sat me down and stood up, glaring at me. "I saw Rhodes falling out of the sky, I got out of the ship, and caught his suit, landing on my right side, which took all of the damage." I paused to a breathe. "I've mended myself together, but it's wearing off now." I said looking up, his face full of worry.

Why didn't you say anything, I would've taken your place in there!" He said raising his voice. "You've just been free from Winter, and a big breakup of the team, which you have been involved in, you need a long break." I said. "That doesn' t mean you have an excuse to die on me!" He said, screaming. "What's happening?" Steve asked.
