Jay's POV (Sunday)

I woke up with my arms wrapped around Kelsey. It feels like a dream come true😍. I ease out of bed trying not to wake her as she sleeps peacefully. Grabbing my phone, I take a trip down to the kitchen.
*iMessage from Tee*
Tee: " yo bro you good? Me and Jada was worried bout you and Kelsey"
Me: "yeah bruh we straight but i got some shit to tell you man. things got crazy when we left that party."
Tee: "Oh word? Tell me tomorrow i want details my nigga"
Me: "Rd bet g. imma holla at you later tho i got Kelsey over"
Tee: "Rd bro"
We hang up the phone and I grab a bottle of water from the refrigerator. I hear noises coming from upstairs and figure that Kelsey is awake. i walk up the steps and see Kelsey sitting up watching television. She looks like she just woke up but she's so pretty i see right past it. In my head i think about how i just want to make Kelsey mine already. I mean i know it's early to ask her because she's been hurt physically and a relationship is the last thing that she needs, but i feel like I can make her comfortable so she doesn't have to worry about being hurt in any type of way.
Me: "Rise and shine ma"
Kelsey: "Goodmorning Jay"
Me: "How did you sleep?"
Kelsey: "Good I was really....
I start to zone out and stare at her lips as i just want to kiss all over her. Fuck it i don't want to keep hiding my feelings for her. I mean she already knows that i'm feeling her but i wanna make this official.
Kelsey: "Jayy?? Hello? i know you you hear me talking to you!"
Me: "My bad what you say?"
Kelsey: "I said how about you"
Me: "Ohhh good"
Kelsey: "That's good"
Me: "Can i ask you a serious question?"
Kelsey: "You can ask me anything. What's on your mind?
My heart beat started racing faster and and the question in my mind suddenly disappeared. thoughts like 'What if she gets uncomfortable' or 'What if she says no' were all running through my head. I built up the confidence and finally asked.
