Stepping to the front door of Mrs. Riley's house, Rossi knocked on the door. The front door of the grandmother's house opened revealing the elder woman. "Oh hello there, is there something I can help you with?"

The tall, blonde agent speaks up, "Yes ma'am. Are you Rosie Riley, the grandmother of Alice Riley?"

The grandmother nods, "Yes ma'am I'm her grandmother. Is something wrong?"

Rossi pulls out his credentials, "I'm SSA David Rossi and this is SSA Jennifer Jareau, we're with the FBI. Is Alice home with you?"

Rosie opens the door wider, "Yes she's home, please come in."

The two agents walk in, "May I ask what brings you by to see Alice?" Rosie asks.

JJ turns around to face the grandmother, "We want to talk to Alice and see if she remembers anything from the night her parents were murdered."

The elder woman shakes her head, "She's just a baby. I don't think she can remember anything, she can barely speak a word completely."

The three adults walk into the living room where baby Alice was playing with her toys enjoying the world and ignoring what had happened two weeks ago. David sat down on the couch with Rosie Riley and JJ sat down on the floor next to Alice. The little girl acknowledged the woman sitting next to here but made no eye contact.

JJ spoke softly to Alice as if she was one of JJ's kids, "Hi Alice, my name is JJ, I'm with the FBI. I was wondering if you want to talk about what happened to your parents two weeks ago."

The little girl picks up her favorite rag doll and makes it dance. "He made mommy and daddy go to sleep."

JJ looks at Rossi, "Who made your mom and dad go to sleep?"

She bounces the doll around, "The man in the mask. He made mommy and daddy go to sleep, and he put me in the closet for no reason."

Rossi joins in the conversation, "Sweetheart, did the man in the mask say anything?"

She nods her head, "He said, 'I can't let mom and dad hurt you, so I'll put them to rest my sweet princess.' He locked in the closet and I hurt them cry, and mommy said my name before she went to sleep."

The grandmother's jaw dropped as she was hearing all the small things her granddaughter was saying about that horrific night. David put his hand on Rosie's back to comfort her and turned his attention back to Alice, "Thank you, sweetheart. Don't worry, we'll catch the bad guy that made your parents go to sleep."

The little girl smiled at Rossi and her grandmother.
