A class three outbreak is a real crisis. It can show the real horror of the living dead. Zombies will be in the thousands, causing widespread panic. There will be no chance of a media blackout, as rumours will spread quickly. A state of emergency will be sent out for all in the infected area, and things such as rationed supplies, restricted travel and strictly monitored communication will be put into place. Everything will be in lock down to try and contain the virus. While this is happening, those inside of the infested zone will be at the mercy of the dead.
