Periods. Most, if not all girls, have had them. Nasty stomach cramps, headaches from hell and a heavy or small blood flow. But what happens when tampons and sanitary pads aren't available?
Well, the only thing you could do is use a cloth. Any colour will do, and a reasonable size. Just tie it around your waist and hey presto! You have your period sorted. All you have to do now is wash it regularly. It may not be the most comfortable, but it's basically your only choice. This technique would be 100% effective for girls with a heavier flow.
The only other choice you have would be to just not wear anything down there at all. A hundred percent messier!
