"What? You mean, Ashton?" Sammy asked.
"Who's Ashton?" Sally asked.
"Not important right now. Sally, where have you always wanted to live?"
"London!" She said almost immediately.
"Alright, looks like we're going to London." I said.
"How are we gonna get past Ashton?" Sammy asked.
"We don't need to. Grab my hands, both of you." I replied.
They did grab my hands, and I teleported us to an alleyway near the entrance of a cruise ship headed to London.
"How did we get here so fast?" Sally asked.
"Not important. For now, we should get on that boat." I replied.
"Ok!"
"How are we gonna get on? We don't have tickets." Sammy asked.
"We don't need tickets." We were still in the alleyway, so I changed my appearance to make myself look to be in my late thirties. "Let's go. Just blend in with the crowd, like we already paid for everything, and we're excited to go to London." I told everyone.
We walked through the long line of wealthy-looking people, all headed towards the ship entrance.
After what felt like about twenty minutes, we were finally at the ship's entrance.
"Tickets, please." Someone to my left said.
"Of course." I said, as I reached into the small bag of belongings I had with me. When I took my hand back out a few seconds later, I snapped my fingers, putting the ticket collector in a trance. "We gave you our tickets, and we are allowed to be here."
No one around us seemed to have noticed that I had just put her in a trance, and the ticket collector said, "Alright, have a great stay here!"
"Did you just...?" Sammy said.
"Yup."
"Ok then..."
"Let's get ourselves checked in."
We got our room, which was room 394A, and I realized if we actually had to pay for any of that, it would easily be just over $3,000, at least. The main room looked to be about forty feet across both ways, and in it, there was furniture fit for royalty. To the left of that room, there was a kitchen that looked to be about 1/3 of the size of the main room. To our right, there was a door that probably led to the master bedroom, and there was another door at the other end of the main room that probably led to a smaller bedroom. To the right of those doors, there were a set of glass doors, and they led to a balcony. I walked through the glass doors, and I realized we were already leaving America. I stayed for a few more minutes, only leaving the balcony when I heard Sally call for me.
"I'm coming." I said. I got back to the main room, where I saw Sally running into the other bedroom. I then saw someone that wasn't supposed to be there, waiting at the door. I looked at him, and he seemed to recognize me, but I definitely had never seen him before. He walked over to me, and the closer he got, the clearer it became that he definitely wasn't human. Or a supernatural for that matter. He was from the spirit world, and I could sense it. I didn't know exactly what he was, however.
"What are you?"
"Tell me what you are, and I'll tell you what I am."
"An oddity. Now what are you?" I couldn't hold back the smirk.
