Why are all your poems so short?
Because writing longer poetry scares me

To write longer poetry means you have to relive those emotions even longer and find more and more ways to express it. It makes it take longer to get the emotions out of you. The longer the poem, the easier it is to lose motivation and disregard something that could have been beautiful. Now, as much as I'd love to write longer poetry, people also lose- See! Right there! Proving my next point!
