I hear a rapid knocking on my front door. After getting out of bed and getting dressed quickly, I answer the door to see [Error: a character has gone missing. Making changes.] nobody.

Must've been a prank. A rude one, but I digress.

Something's wrong, Peter. She's gone.

Eh? Don't think I know any girls. Silly brain, trying to...fool...me...Why does that sound familiar?

I make a bowl of cereal and turn the TV on.

What to watch...how about anime?

A few hours pass, and during the entire time, I feel like I'm forgetting something.

Today's Saturday, so it's not a school day, I did all of my homework yesterday, and the house is pretty much spotless...I should probably find some friends.

The day passes without much excitement. Going to sleep, I can't help but feel like something's missing.

In the morning, I go for a walk around the block. As I pass the school, I notice something odd.

Why are there red stains on the walls? Don't think anything too bad happened on Friday, especially not a mass murder.

...Where did that come from?

Heading home, I feel the same feeling of something missing.

It's just a normal Sunday, but I almost feel as if I would've met someone by now.

Shake it off, Peter. No need to overthink about something so simple.

Sitting down on the couch, I turn the TV back on, but can't find anything good to watch.

I hear someone knocking.

Opening the door, I find a girl about my height.

"H-Hello. M-My name is Anna B-Bellise, and...um...GUYS I CAN'T DO IT HELP ME!"

"Oh come on! You're so close! Just ask him!"

"I CAN'T!"

"Fine."

Two more girls come into view and stand right behind Anna, who was blushing furiously.

"This girl," the one on her right says, "wants to know if you'll go out with her."

Anna buries her face in her hands, clearly embarrassed.

"Is that what the dare was?" The one on the left asks. "Like this loser would have a chance with someone as popular as Peter."

"Come on, she's our friend!"

"Yeah, our cuddly little loser. Come on, he's not saying yes anytime soon."

"Yes I am," I say.

The two behind Anna stare at me, their mouths open. Anna is still burying her face in her hands.

"Well, she has anorexia," the one on her right says.

"Guys...come on...don't...let's go..."

"So I'll help her recover," I say, feeling a wave of déjà vu.
