Kanshii is the area far to the northernmost reaches of Peridia, known to be close to the Everus Mountain range. The snowfall in the parts of Kanshii is relentless and people can often be found dead in snow drifts. The weather here is not for the faint of heart- neither is the living. There are only a few towns that can be found here: Ha'kheer, Yosph, and Jentan. Yosph and Jentan are both south of Ha'kheer.
The northern parts of the Everus Mountains contain a volcano- one that becomes dormant every hundred years or so to warm the hearts of Kanshii so farming and livestock can live once again.
The whole of Kanshii, save for the three towns and the land they own, is full of frozen lakes, chilled pine and fir forests, and lots of small mountains.
