A small town at the foot of a hill. Mainly witches, which is surprising because this city is also under Larksyn's iron rule. As it is far inland, most of the supplies come from Larksyn City. Wild horses are found and tamed within city walls, then bought for a cheap price. These horses are more often than not unproperly trained, so they end up running away and never returning.
A large manor sits atop the hill - Umberhail Manor. Home to a well-known line of pure-blood witches which have since died out.
