Ferren is the home of the elves, connected directly to a less-dangerous part of the Weeping Woods. No one truly knows the path there, as it changes every sunset. It resides within the Weeping Woods, and those lucky to get in and out alive are truly revered by the elves. Though only a few have made it in, they will not be able to gain access again after they leave.
Most of the houses are situated in trees, with rope bridges connecting houses. For some reason, there is always sunlight in Ferren despite the overgrown trees.
