The northernmost town of the three Kanshii towns. Ha'kheer is situated at the base of the Everus mountains, the houses portruding from the snowy cliffsides. The houses have similar stature to igloos, but they are made of both wood and stone, covered in the banners of the tribe. Doors are heavy and wooden to keep warmth in and the chill outside. Most houses have the basics: Lamps powered by fire fairies, a single fireplace with a chimney, furs, rugs, and sometimes furniture.
The people of Ha'kheer are very welcoming despite circumstances. Livestock consists of wooly sheep and local herons and cranes that are large enough to eat. Sometimes, squirrels and hares are eaten if times are desperate and they can be found. Otherwise, they will eat fish from the eastern sea.
The Ha'kheer people are of a tribe called the Kabi. They are wolf people- shape shifters- sibyls. They have the ability to change between their human and wolf forms at will. Most Kabi will wear a mask or a an article of clothing that represents their animal form. Some Kabi have been known to become other animals like hawks or foxes. These are rare circumstances.
