Adence is the business and residential capital of Peridia. It's citizens are very diverse, though the majorities still seem to be human and elven; Mages make up half of the current work-force, and rumors circulate that the gods live here in hiding. Since Adence is on Peridia's east coast, it often will trade through the ocean as well.
Buildings are made of limestone and wood, with more important buildings having more extravagant architecture and different wooden accents. Market stalls line the shopping districts, often preventing customers from entering businesses within the buildings. Gatherings of markets are often called cheap marketplaces, as they are often travelling traders.
Although, life in Adence isn't as perfect as it seems.. The government is corrupting from the inside out. Masked Angels have been starting revolutions and riots within the city. You'll have to ask around for more details, if you're curious..
