I wake up to Christan tickling me

Christan: I come to say I'm leaving and that Jonah's not going in he isent well

She leaves my room wait I fell asleep down stairs oh well I try going back to sleep but I can't so I go on my phone and cheak all my media and go down stairs and see Jonah on his phone
Tegan: did i take me upstairs last night or did i wake up in the night and not rember
Jonah : I put u to bed u looked unconfterble

Tegan: Christan said u didn't feel well

I walk to the kitchen making myself coffee and sitting on the sofa going throw my phone

I get up from the sofa and dowing the rest of my coffee and go upstairs brushing my hair and teeth and putting my hair up in a ponytail and getting changed into shirts and a sports bra and head down stairs
Tegan : u coming gym or u bring lazy
Jonah : I'll go gym but I need to go home and changed
Tegan : ok well let's go

We head out and we walk to his my old house and I wait out side for him and he finally comes back out
Jonah ; there not in They gone on a trip with "work"

We walk to the gym and lukes waiting

We head into the room and he starts me on the bag by punching it

I carry on going and Luke tickles me so I tune around sweeping his feet and he fools to the floor

I get up and me and him go to doing flips again

Luke: no because there could be a group of people and they all come for u u need to learn what to do if there's a group

We carry on for a bit longer and it's finally over and I fall to the ground so tired
