My name is Jinke Netsudai, and this is the story of how I helped to solve the greatest crisis of the Quirk age.  Sounds cheesy right?  Well... it's true.

Only seven years ago, the symbol of peace All Might retired from hero work, having used all of his power to defeat the villain All for One.  Since then, students studying to become Pro Heroes from all across Japan have been working their hardest to make up for the loss of a great hero.  One school, the prestigious U.A. High managed to achieve this, putting out two graduates who made it to the debated position of number one hero; Izuku Midoriya, more popularly known as 'Deku', and Katsuki Bakugo.  Ever since graduating from U.A., these two have been in non-stop competition to see who really is the top hero.

These two... also happen to be my idols.  I was only eight when U.A. High hosted its immensely popular sports festival, in which both Deku and Bakugo proved themselves as capable heroes.  Despite Bakugo's harsh attitude, I could tell he meant well.  Ever since then, I had followed every little bit of news about them I could find.  I became your average run-of-the-mill fanboy really.  But they inspired me to be the best I could be and chase my dream.  And that dream so happens to be becoming a Pro Hero to protect the innocent from harm.

That's not my only reason why I wanted to become a hero.  A few years ago, when I was around twelve or so, Pro Heroes suddenly started going rogue.  Committing heinous crimes.  Going against their core beliefs, that sort of thing.  And after this they would just... disappear.  My dad was one of them.  He was the coolest; he went by the name 'Lucifer' and could create solid, red ice that burned like fire!  He was the closest thing I had to an idol with whom I could interact.  But then... poof.  That all went out the window when he set the house ablaze and attacked my mom, paralysing her and putting her in a wheelchair.  If I hadn't seen it happening, she might not even be alive right now.

So I had two more reasons to become a hero; find a way to restore mom's body, and find the bastard who turned my dad and all the other Pro Heroes rogue.

Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention.  This is also my story of how I got into U.A. High, and pushed myself to the limit to become a great hero. Plus Ultra!
