I Don't Wanna Let Go

I'm back with another chapter!! I've been struggling with writer's block (again) so that's why I couldn't get this out as soon as I would have liked.

My birthday is on Saturday (the 13th)! So I'm working on a new chapter but I won't update this weekend. Thank you for understanding and have a lovely weekend! ❤ And thank you for over 5k reads!!!

Namjoon, of course, was hoping to talk in person with Bang PD and their managers, but such thoughts went out the window when Seokjin developed a cold over the weekend. Namjoon prioritized caring for his precious omega above everything else, so he completely forgot to cancel his meeting with the higher-ups at Big Hit. Needless to say when they called him at eight in the morning on Sunday, he shut his phone off and ignored it without checking who it was. He didn't want anything or anyone waking up his omega.

Yoongi gets a call from Bang PD at about 9am. He was already awake due to Jimin sneezing and lightly hitting the alpha's shoulder in his sleep, but, being as whipped as he is, Yoongi found it too adorable to be mad at the younger.

He has a special ringtone for the CEO, so of course he answers immediately, while also trying not to disturb the sleeping omega next to him. "Hello?"

"Good morning, Yoongi-yah. Have you talked to Namjoon today?" Bang SiHyuk's tone is gentle and tinged with worry.

"Good morning." Still fighting sleep, Yoongi sits up, carefully extricating Jimin's arm from around his waist, and slides his favorite pillow next to the omega, who hugs it and buries his face in the fabric. "No sunbae-nim I haven't. I think he's still asleep. Why do you ask?"

"He was supposed to be here about an hour ago to discuss some things about his responsibilities, and we haven't heard from him since Friday evening."

"Oh." Yoongi frowns and quietly leaves the room, closing the door behind him. "Jin-hyung got sick this weekend, so it's possible that Namjoon's paying all of his attention to him." He peeks into the leader's room, and sure enough, Seokjin is as curled up as he can be with his protruding belly, and Namjoon is behind him, holding him close, both of them fast asleep. Yoongi drops his voice to a whisper. "Yeah, he's asleep with Jin-hyung." He closes the door quietly.

"I see. Thank you Yoongi. Will you please have him call me when he wakes up?"

"Of course I will."

"Have a good day, goodbye~"

"Goodbye sunbae-nim." The call ends, and Yoongi lets out a sigh. He knows what their leader wants to talk about with the managers. The two alphas had had a conversation about it after Namjoon and Seokjin got home from the doctor's office.
