EDEN’S POV

“Wear your best clothes and go to the terrace, leave the rest to us! who do they think they are.”, I was chattering to myself.

‘Huh, exactly, weren’t you supposed to be the one apologizing to Kia and telling her how in this short span of time, you have developed deep feelings for her’

I HAVE???

‘Of course you have, and hurting her is the last thing on your mind right now, and don’t ask me how do I know it? Cuz I am your freaking mind.’

“Yea you’re right”

‘As always’

“What should I do now?, like should I wait here on the terrace or just go behind Troy and Ivy and ask what the hell are they up to?”

'Well, haven’t you done enough already? Why don’t you leave things on others and do what you are asked to? Write that god damn apology’

“Ohkay ohkay Jeez as if the rest weren’t enough, I have to listen to my own freaking mind shout at me, doctor here I came, just let this trip get over”, I thought back.

I turned around to see where the sudden noises came from disturbing my internal bickering.

Standing with so many things in their hands were Haden and Stan, they also brought along with them a few people from the hotel staff and were busily arranging a table and two chairs around it, and setting up a music system and god knows what all.

Soon Reese followed with another two staff members who carried roses and other decoration items.

“Thank you so much guys, I can’t believe you are doing so much for me when I have been nothing but a nuisance to y’all”, I said feeling really touched, when I realized what was the big plan Troy had thought of.

‘That guy is good, you better talk to him and take a few more tips for the future, considering how you are, you will definitely get a lot more kicks on your butt from Kia in the future’, said my devil of a mind poking fun at me.

“Keep the speech for Kia dude, we’re not doing this for you, if you would ask me, a punch on your face was a better Idea”, said Haden.

“Troy is making us do this over an old bet”, said Stan.

I turned to Reese with hopeful eyes while she added,“Yep and I am doing this cuz Kia is really heartbroken, she has been through a lot and I saw her genuinely smile with you after a long time. This is your chance to set it right otherwise I may seem small but I pack a real good punch, ask my four elder brothers if you don’t believe me”.

‘Four brothers, ha, you are so dead’ I gulped at that thought.
