The Day That Changed My Life

Ariana yawns getting off the bed and walking over to the Moses basket getting Ella. Ariana lifts up her top and began to nurse her little girl. She looks at the time and noticed it was 7am and she had a meeting with Ava's teacher at 10 and Pete had to work. He tried to get the day off but he couldn't.

"You sure your going to be okay today" Pete asks "I'll be fine" Ariana smiles kissing his lips patting there girls back to let her wind.

"Pass me Ella" Pete asks making Ariana hand her over. "Please can you change her bum and get her into some clean clothes" Ariana asks and Pete nods. Ariana walks out the bedroom and wakes up Ava.

"Mummy" she smiles "morning my baby" Ariana smiles kissing her head. "Come on its time to get up." Ariana smiles and Ava gets off the bed. "That was easy" Ariana chuckles "me hungry" Ava says "but I want to say morning to my sister" Ava looks up to Ariana. "I'll make some breakfast for you. Daddy has Ella" Ariana says and Ava nods going to her parents room.

Ariana makes her girl some breakfast and calls her down. "Daddy said I have to be super good why can't I be good" Ava asks making Ariana chuckle "because mummy is exhausted and daddy has to work so therefore I have more to do than normal" Ariana kisses her head.

"But don't worry your a good girl always. He just cares about mummy and doesn't want her to become ill" Ariana tells her making herself some toast and fruit. Before making Pete some bacon sandwiches.

"Thanks baby" Pete smiles "where Ella" Ariana asks "in her noses basket sleeping" he smiles kissing her head "daddy" Ava pouts making Pete wall over to her and kiss her head.

Ariana smiles. "How you feeling" Pete asks "fat" Ariana says "you just had a baby shut up" Pete tells her. "I'm okay" she smiles and he nods "I've woken up now so I'm not as bad" she giggles having some water.

"Oh my god Ariana you shouldn't have come" Ava's teacher says "it's okay" Ariana says making Ava sit on the chair.

"She's adorable like" she smiles "she is" Ariana agrees. "Obviously when this one comes back she'll be in reception" the teacher says and Ariana nods "feet" Ariana tells Ava making her pout.

Ariana signs some forms about Ava and meets Ava's teacher for the year. "Mummy can we get ice cream" Ava asks "no" Ariana replies signing a piece of paper "why" Ava asks "because mummy's tired and daddy won't be happy" Ariana says "we don't have to tell him" Ava says making Ariana rolls her eyes "you can't lie for anything and I said no. I have ice cream in the freezer you can have that" Ariana replies.

"How old it this little girl" the teacher asks "a few days" Ariana replies. "Mummy is tired" She smiles at Ava. "I know Ella gets up in the night and mummy has to as well. But me being good girl" Ava smiles "your always a good girl." Ariana smiles taking her hand and leaving.

Ariana walks home with the pram and Ava holding her hand. "Mummy" Ava asks "yeah baby" Ariana asks "will Ella look like me" Ava asks "well your half me and Ella is half me" Ariana says "okay" Ava smiles.

Pete arrives home and walks up to the bedroom. Ariana was asleep and Ava was next to her playing on the iPad. Ava smiles at her dad who canes through the door. "Hi daddy"

"Hi princess" Pete smiles picking her up. "How longs mummy been asleep" he asks making Ava pause the film and show him how long it had been on. "Okay" Pete nods "you want me to put on a film on the tv in the front room" Pete asks and Ava nods.

"Come on then" Pete smiles. "Mummy didn't want you to be mad at her" Ava says "what for falling asleep while you were with her" Pete asks and Ava nods. "I'm sure when it was just you and mummy. She fell asleep a lot. I know you wouldn't do anything silly. And your a good girl which means you just stay beside mummy till she wakes up" Pete smiles and it was true. Even before Ella was born He used to find Ava on the bed next to a sleeping Ariana watching a film.  Ariana would wake up even worrying about Ava even when Ava was fine.

Pete gets his little girl from the basket and smiles cuddling her before taking her downstairs. Ariana had two bottles of her pumped milk in the fridge just in case she wasn't there and Pete needed to.

It was soon Ella fell asleep in her dads arms. Pete smiles putting her down into the basket. "I'm going to wake mummy okay" Pete tells Ava who nods "what about Ella" she asks "I'll be 5 minutes she won't go anywhere" Pete smiles and she nods.

Pete walks up to the bedroom and bends down beside Ariana. He gently kisses her lips making her slowly wake up. "No" she whines making him chuckle "Come on" Pete pouts making Ariana smile at him.

"How was your nap" he ask "it was good" she smiles "What's Ava doing" Ariana asks "watching a film" Pete smiles and Ariana nods getting off the bed.

"Everything's good feels Ava starting full time school in September" Ariana says putting on her dressing gown. "That's good" Pete smiles and Ariana nods.
