It was late at night everyone was asleep in the Why Don't We house including your boyfriend Jonah, but you... you were awake tossing and turning trying to get comfortable as overwhelming cramps overpowered your body. You hated periods they were the worse especially at night when every store was closed so you couldn't get any heat pads.
You gently lifted your boyfriend's arms off your body and walked downstairs to the kitchen opening up the medical cabinet to see if they had any painkillers as you rubbed your stomach to try and take away the strong pain away, it was all too much.
Jonah woke up to small cold draft, he rubbed his eyes noticing how you weren't in bed with a small sigh he got up and walked downstairs to the kitchen leaning on the counter. "Everything okay baby?" he noticed the medication on the side and was a little worried.
You looked up with tears in your eyes shaking your head "I'm sorry if I woke you up... I'm just in pain mother nature called me earlier and told me it was time for my period" you say sarcastically. "I have intense cramps making it almost impossible to get comfy.. do you have any painkillers?" you whined the last part sticking out your bottom lip a few tears rolled down her cheeks.
Jonah sighs wiping your eyes before leaning up and grabbing he painkillers he hated seeing you cry. "Hey baby calm down okay, just take two painkillers, then we'll make a heat pad using a hot towel, do you want a bath?" he asks tucking a few strands of hair behind your ear cupping your cheeks gently stroking the soft skin with the pad of his thumbs staring into your sad, but beautiful eyes.
"I don't want a bath right now" you sigh sitting down taking the painkillers whilst Jonah got hot towels from the bathroom. Though you were stressed and in pain, Jonah was amazing towards you and patient and yet so kind-hearted you couldn't be happier in your relationship with him.
Jonah grabbed hot towels and walked to the kitchen gently lifting your shirt and placing on your stomach and picking you up. "How about I grab a tub of ice cream from the freezer and we eat ice cream until your medicine kicks in then we can try and get some sleep" he carried you to the living room laying you down on the couch.
He grabbed the ice cream tub from the freezer and two large spoons before heading into the living room and sitting down with you cuddling into your side.
Despite the pain you've been in the smile wouldn't go away as you looked up at Jonah with love and admiration he truly was everything you have ever wanted. "I love you Jonah so much"
"I love you baby girl" Jonah leans down kissing your lips ever so softly your lips barely touching before laying a blanket over you where you both watched tv and ate ice cream.
