Chapter 16: Waerasthrielle

I am wearing a simple off-shoulder dress paired with white doll shoes and light make-up. Nagdadalawang-isip naman akong lumabas dahil sa hiya. Paniguradong tutuksuhin ako nina Jane at Jace dahil sa ayos ko ngayon.

I slowly shut the door of my room. I sighed when I saw the empty living room. Tulog pa siguro sila. Still, mahina at ma-ingat pa rin akong naglakad.

"Saan lakad mo, wakla?"

Heard Jane's voice out of the blue when I was just two meters away from the door. Halos atakihin ako sa puso dahil dun. I slowly turned to her and saw Jane's french eyebrows kissed. Naroon rin pala si Jace na nakakunot-noo

"Ang OA mo pang mag-lakad, ha." he added. Napalunok ako.

Should I tell them that I'm going on a date? Nakakahiya!

"U-Uhm..."

Geez! You owe them a lot from now on, Elena. Sobrang rami ko ng sekreto na kailanman ay hindi ko pa nasabi sa kanila.

"May date kayo ni Nathan, 'no?"

"No!" mabilis kong sabi at umiling. They shrugged and their face wrinkled even more.

"E 'di sino?"

I bit my lip. They would absolutely collapse if I tell them that it's a Prince from the Kingdom of Waerasthrielle whom I'm going to have a date with.

"W-Wala... U-Uhm... B-Binisita kasi ako ng Lola ko at may l-lakad kami. Hehe. 'Yun."

"Ah, ganoon ba?"

"Oo. M-May ipabibili ba kayo?"

"Foods na lang, waklush. Grabe talaga, ansakit ng katawan ko!"

"Okay..." ngisi ko.

"Damihan mo, wakla, ha?"

I chuckled. "I know and will."

"Thank you!"

"Holy!" Daniel said with amusement in his eyes as he reached for my hand. "Damn, I can't take my eyes off."

Ngumiti ako at umiling. "Sira. Saan tayo?"

"Sa heaven—Fuck! Ouch!"

Hinampas ko nga. Bastos!

"I'm sorry, pretty..." natatawa niyang saad. "Let's eat first."

"Bakit hindi mo kaagad sinabi na ikaw si Prince Daniel?"

"I knew you would ask," he smiled a bit. "What's the use? Hindi mo rin naman ako matatandaan."

My heart hurt a little because of that. "Pero kahit na! I feel bad treating you like somebody crazy..."

"It's fine, Elena. Really."

I bit my lip.

"Not remembering sucks a lot..."

"Stop stressing yourself to remember, pretty. Dadating din ang araw na maaalala mo na ang lahat. Also, it's not your fault and you're just a victim, always remember that." aniya.

Gumaan ang puso ko dahil dun kahit paman may maliit na parte sa puso ko ang nagsasabing may something.

I shook my head. Ayan ka na naman sa pagiging weirdo mo, Elena.

Matapos kaming kumain ni Daniel ay nagpahinga muna kami sa garden ng restaurant. Maraming naggagandahang mga halaman at bulaklak. Samahan pa ng masarap na simoy ng hangin. Hay, nakakarelax.
