Chapter 2: Terrible Best Friend

"Oh my gosh! Calum, I missed you waay too much!" I screeched into his ears as he spun me.

A couple of flashes shined into the room. I ignored them but they must've caught Calums attention.

"Mum! C'mon stop with the pictures!" He playfully threw me onto the bed.

I stood up and hugged him normally while Mrs. Joy took pictures.

Calum looks so different now, his hair isn't in that emo stage anymore. He is definitely much taller.

"Aw these pictures are great! I'll have to send these to your mom." Joy said walking out of the room.

Calum laughed at his moms goofiness, "She's gonna show the whole world." Cal walked to a chair across the room from me.

He smiled and patted on his lap, "Come sit." I dragged my feet as I made my way towards him.

"Gosh Kali, you're heavy!" he joked.

"Shut up." I playfully slapped his chest

"How've you been KP? Having any guy troubles?" he smirked at me

Boy troubles? Ha, boys. All they do is break your heart, so why give them a chance to? "I'm pretty fabulous," I flipped hair. "No, no boy troubles. I'm not into that-"

"I've been gone for too long! My bestfriend plays for the other team now." He gasped. "That's hot."

I covered my face from him, "Ha, no Calum I like boys. I just don't date anymore." Cal sighed once I said that.

"Forget about me, what's been up with you? What's it like being a 'Teen Heartthrob'?" Quoting a magazine I had once saw. He rolled his eyes at me, "Its great, all the hot chicks flocking over me."

Oh gosh the Calum who used to be afraid to talk to any other girls except for me, is getting hit on by millions of girls. And he loves it!

"Well pretty boy-", I started but was cut off by Calums phone ringing.

He smirked and answered,

"Hello?.. Yeah she is here.." Calum started laughing while looking at me. "Um why not?... Great!... See ya!" He concluded the conversation.

I threw my arms in the air, "Wow Calum, its the first time we've seen each other in ages. Now you're leaving?"

I crossed my arms and he wrapped his around me. He came closer and wrapped his arms around my body, "I'm not going anywhere. The guys are coming over, they want to see the famous KP"

I pushed his body off of mine, "Cal, what you're saying is.." I paused for dramatic pause. "I'm going to see famous people!?" I started jumping up and down squealing like a fangirl would.

"Omg yes!" Calum joined in laughing at me. As we were jumping around the doorbell rang plenty of times.

Cal stopped and ran down the stairs, I slightly followed.

Pshh.. I don't run.

By the time I got downstairs, I saw a blonde, tall boy I recognized was, Luke. He was the only one who was there at the moment.

"Calum, baby. I missed you, its been so long!" He picked Calum up and spun him around.

"Lukey, its been an hour.. I missed you too!" Calum laughed.

I just kind of stood there awkwardly, waiting for them to stop their 'Cake' fest. I saw Ashton and Mike approach in the doorway.
