All her life, *Lucy Allen questioned whether or not she was going insane. She would see things as a child, things that would be impossible to explain like scenes from the 1920's or a battle in space. They would come whenever she would brush up against someone, or shake someone's hand. When she finally did tell her parents, they deemed her insane and at 15, sent to the US to get "fresh air".
The adjustment was hard, very hard. She struggled with her accent in school and learned quickly to create an American one. Focusing on the school work helped the visions go away until the day she turned 18. Then they came back, more frequent and more painful.
She was struck with one of these on her way to the bookstore and in the brief flash of pain, bumped into a man. A man from one of her visions. With his help, Lucy slowly began to piece together the puzzle of her life and work out her role in the world.

Lucy is very shy, like, doesn't talk to people shy.
She's become an introvert because of her powers, but once you get to know her, she opens up
How her powers work: Lucy can see different realities. When she touches someone, she sees every possible MAJOR outcome of their lives.
Make it a slow burn, friends first, then in love
She doesn't really know about the Avengers, so she thinks that Steve is just a nice regular guy
If you put her in the movies, please don't take away lines from other characters. Also, when you get up to CA:WS, please make Lucy jealous of Sharon Carter.
