Usually in Florida, it was never cold, and unusually enough it was snowing. The South never experiences white Christmases, well everyone took advantage of it.
They were holding their Christmas celebrations and Rosie's gender reveal at Lisa's house. Leonardo and Corey danced around the Christmas tree like a bunch of children and Jonathan helped Mrs. Bonet take the cake concealing the gender inside.
Keanu was trapped in a pep talk with Mrs. Lopez about raising children, his eyes beckoned Rosie to help him, but she couldn't help but laugh.
"They grow up so fast, oh Keanu I remember you as a kid, getting your head knocked into poles, walls, and too think it was all symbolic of you knocking someone up!" Mrs. Lopez remarked, taking another sip of her red wine. "Okay mom that's enough" Corey said, taking the class filled with alcohol away from his mother.
"Alright! We all bought a special something for a special someone!" Piper announced, picking up a present and squealing. "Here, Rosie its for your baby!" Piper said, giving Rosalia the present. Rosalia smiled brightly and thanked Piper.
The gift consisted on a beautiful ivory encrested note saying how if its a girl they should name it Piper, and a little yellow jumpsuit for a newborn. Rosalia hugged the soft jumpsuit and smiled at Piper. "Piper it's beautiful, thank you so much" Keanu said, caressing the soft fabric.
River took a deep breath and looked at Anna. When he caught her attention, he pulled out a tiny box from his jacket, making Anna scoot anyway from him.
"River, you're very handsome and all I'm not ready, madre he's trying to trap me" Anna said loudly making River laugh. "It's not an engagement ring, it's a promise ring" River said making Anna let loose. "A promise ring you say" She saids, taking the box from River and opening it.
It was beautiful. It was a sapphire in the middle of it, blue was always Anna's color, of course River would know that. "Anna I know we had our ups and downs and technically we aren't even together anymore but I'd like to know you're always gonna be in my life, that you're not going anywhere" River said to Anna. She placed the promise ring on her ring finger and gave River a sweet peck and hugged him tightly. "I'm not going anywhere" She whispered in his ear, then she kissed it after. River hugged her even tighter, he even saw at the corner of his eye Jonathan shift uncomfortably and his jaw clench, what was his issue.
"I think we should cut the cake" Corey said breaking the silence. "I agree!" Leonardo remarked, pushing Corey past so he could reach the kitchen first.

Mrs. Lopez grabbed the knife and put it in front of Keanu and Rosalia. "You do it" Rosalia told Keanu, making him smile. He grabbed the knife from Mrs. Lopez and then turned to Rosalia.
"Before I do this and we find out the one thing that's going to change our lives forever, I wanted to let you know that I love you, I've told you that phrase plently of times before but I really mean it Rosalia. From when you first got in my car I knew I was going to be close with you, I mean who knew the foreign exchange girl was going to produce my first kid that is crazy to me. Rosalia, I hope this isn't our last kid you know, I'm always open to spending our lives together forever and making more hybrids" Keanu confessed making Rosalia laugh out of pure happiness, she hugged him tightly and kissed him deeply. "I love you too, thank you for always been there for me" She said genuinely.
Lisa started to cry and Leonardo noticed and put his arm around her, but she smacked it off. "Ow! What was that for?" Leonardo remarked and she glared at him. "You never say that shit to me, damn like do I have to get pregnant in order for you to?!" Lisa said to him making Leonardo gasp and Corey laugh. "I don't know why you're laughing Corey! You aren't innocent either!" Piper said to him making him buck at her. "Shut up Piper, once in a while I want to hear cute stuff too!" Corey said making Piper smack his arm.
Jonathan tapped Anna's arm, gaining her attention. "Can I talk to you after? All of this" Jonathan said nervously. "Of course" Anna said to him obliviously. River turned his head to Jonathan and glared at him.
He would do anything to get Annalise back.
"Can you guys shut up already I want to know what my sperm cells produced!" Keanu said making everyone laugh. As he sliced into the cake, the room went silent and he couldn't pull it out, he was too scared and nervous. So this is what it felt like, yet his nervousness dimished when he felt Rosie's hand on top of his guiding him to pull out the piece of cake.
"You are not alone, I'm here too" Rosalia said to him, making him smile at her sweet and genuine words. Mrs. Lopez placed a place under their hands and giggled to herself, she was so excited. It was so bittersweet to see Keanu in this predicament, one side we see him so happy with the love of his life and the proof of their love but then he was growing up so fast in front of her eyes.
As the couple pulled out the piece to see the color, excitement shot at everyone's hearts when they saw the color.
It's pink! It's a girl!
"Oh my god! It's Piper Jr!" Piper yelled out, jumping up and down. "Don't get too excited! Corey is unisex!" Corey remarked pointing a finger at Piper, which led to her smacking it.
Jonathan then quickly pulled Anna outside, she was caught off guard, she really wanted to wish her friends good luck. "Jonathan? What is it?" Anna asked him and he took a deep breath. "These past months I know you've been trying to get over River and all but-" Jonathan studdered fearing her response. Anna immediately hugged Jonathan and kissed his cheek. "Jon, I'm not ready for a relationship at all, remember I still live in Europe at the moment. Plus, after River gave me this promise ring it had me off guard. I always want to be there for him, them again that doesn't mean marriage all the time. I'll take wherever fate takes me, you or River, I'm happy with either one because both of you make me happy" Anna confessed, placing another kiss on his cheek. "That's how you feel" River said, standing in the doorway. "That's how I feel" Anna said, fiddling with the promise ring. River struggled a smile and ran up to hug her, then glared at Jonathan. "Alright" he said, letting her go. Anna left to go back inside, leaving the two boys outside.
"You desevere her" Jonathan said, making River give him a confused face. "I wouldn't want to come between you two, but my moment will be my moment, that's that." Jonathan remarked, stepping back inside with River following.
Piper and Corey were still fighting over what Rosie and Keanu's daughter should be named after. Lisa and Leonardo were still arguing about the lack of sweet remarks, ironic. Rosalia and Keanu were cuddling on the couch, while Keanu whispered sweet things in Rosie's ear. While Anna stood between Jonathan and River, her eyes bore at River's eyes, and when he looked and her, she smiled brightly and hugged his side.
Jonathan smiled at the two, happy for them. However, he felt as if his moment was still his moment.
