I head out of the classroom door and to the front of the school to meet Johnnie to study. I've never been to his house before, I wonder where he lives. "If you'd like to follow me, I'll lead the way," he says as he passes me heading towards the car lot. He leads me to this elaborate crotch rocket.

"Is this a Kawasaki Gold-Chrome 636? God, I've wanted one of these since I can remember," I almost scream, as I fully fangirl over the bike.

"Yeah, the 2017 model. Got it for my 17th birthday. It's my baby. I'm surprised, you know your bikes," He says with an impressed tone in his voice.

"Everyone has a bad side. I'm surprised you own this bike. Come on," I say, rushing him onto the bike. Once he’s on, I eagerly hop on the back and feel the wild purr the bike makes, excited to get racing through the streets.

"Can we go for a ride before studying? Please," I beg with the best puppy dog face I own on.

"S-sure," He says as he suddenly returns to his shy demeanor. I guess he's more comfortable in his own environment. He slowly lets off the clutch and we fly out of the parking lot heading for nowhere.

(A/N) Not much happened, just riding around. I'm lazy, haha, so.

"That was amazing, thank you for taking me," I exclaim loudly.

"It’s no problem, it was a pleasure," He says quickly, trying to hide the deep blushing red on his cheeks.

"Now let's get to the studying." I say with a slight frown as we head up to the large suburban house. He walks slightly faster than me and opens the door. Chivalry never gets old.

"Thank you," I say as I step through the threshold.

"Would you like some water or a snack?" he says fast, as he fidgets.

"Are you nervous around me? And no, thank you, I'm fine," I say with a look on my face.

"Not just you, pretty much everyone," He says matter of factly. I had assumed that, but he just ruined my joke.

"I know, I was just joking around," I say with slight dejection.

"Alright let's get to it. You have German 1 right, not 2?" He asked politely. We probably should have gone over that before we agreed to do homework together. Oops.

"No, actually I'm in German 2. I've been taking German since freshman year. I guess that means you're in German 1." I say, sadly. For some reason I was sad that we couldn't spend more time together.

"That assumption would be correct. I guess I'll take you home then." He says with a sad tone as well. When we walk into the foyer I see his mother come through the front door.

"Hello, Mrs. Hudson, I’m Irene, it's a pleasure to meet you." I say to her as I shake her hand.

"It's so nice to finally meet one of Johnnies friends, you can call me Michelle, for future reference. It was nice to meet you." She huffily puts in as Johnnie lightly edges me towards the door. I wave and smile as I walk through the door.

"It's a little chilly outside, why don't we take my car instead?" He says steering us to our left and to the old mustang sitting in there. "If I had known you had such cool cars, we would have hung out sooner," I say, joking around. I walk around to the passenger side and slide in.

"My address is 614 willow road. Thanks for hanging out tonight, even if the study sesh was a bust," I say happily.

"I-It was my pleasure. Really, I loved hanging out with you. M-Maybe we could hang out again sometime," He says as we pull up to the curb next to my house.

"Sure, I'd love that, but if you mean as more than friends I can't I have to work on my school work and stay focused on that," I say with finality.

"A friendly event is all I ask for," A sad look passes over his eyes, and then as quick as it’s there, it's gone.

"Goodnight, Johnnie. I'll see you tomorrow," I say as I exit the car. "Goodnight, my moon," He says but I'm already up the driveway and heading into my house.
