magic ( a shelax fanfic) NOT FINISHED

A Problem

Shelby's P.O.V

We were all sitting around Max and Ross's kitchen table trying to figure out what had happened. Apparently when I was asleep, all these odd occurrences had been caused by, what we think was a form of magic from the universes we traveled. Max, Sky, and Ross were all extremely worn out from a sudden flood and fire that happened in the house caused by Max and Ross. "It couldn't of been magic guys, magic isn't real it's a myth, a fairytale!" Sky said. "How else could you explain the lightbulb breaking, and the fire and flood starting?! Maybe since we've traveled to a bunch of universes we've gained magic from the places we went to!". I said passionately. "I don't know, but what I do know is that I shouldn't touch stoves, Ross shouldn't touch sinks, and Sky shouldn't touch light switches until we find out what's going on." Max said. " I still don't believe this. What about you, Cory, Red and Barney? You've been to different universes, why haven't you encountered any odd disasters?". Sky said. "Well Red, Cory and Barney didn't exactly enter into Undertale when they were given the chance, so they probably wouldn't have any type of magic. But Shelby would have to have some type of power, we just haven't encountered it yet." Ross said while wiping of his wet glasses from the flood. I then put my fingers to my head and tried to make something happen with my mind, as a child does when playing pretend super heroes. All that caused was Sky to laugh at me as I pathetically slumped down and started to play with a green plant on the table. Then as if an angel answered my prayers, the plant rapidly overgrew and conjured up enough force, to knock all of us against the walls of the kitchen. Now instead of water and fire, the kitchen was over grown with a thick dark green plant and a couple white flowers. "AHHH!!! WHAT DID YOU JUST DO?!". Sky screamed pinned against the wall by the grass. Then Max yelled "T-t-try and rustle through the leaves to dis grow the plant!". I did as he said, rustled through the giant plant, picked up the plant pot, and placed my hand on it's soil and manipulated the plant to grow back into its original form. "Well that solves that argument." Ross said as he got up from the ground back onto his feet. We all went into the living room to further discuss the problem since I had broken the old wooden table with my giant vines when I got a text from Cory

Cory: Babe, where are you right now? I need you to come by that one Olive Garden near the offices fast.
Shelby:  What why? Is everything ok?
Cory: Not necessarily. Just get over here fast, it has to do with the whole universe thing.
Shelby: Ok I'll be there with Max, Sky, and Ross.
Cory: What? Why them?
Shelby: Because they're apart of this too, and whatever help you need I'm sure they can be of use
Cory: Ugh fine, but just tell Max that Cheese is here. Maybe he shouldn't come I don't like the way he looks at you
Shelby: Oh my gosh Cory we're not a couple, just good friends.
Cory: Whatever, be here fast.

I got off my phone and started to tell Max, Ross, and Sky that we needed to go to meet Cory when I was interrupted by a loud knocking on the door. "Oh, one second let me see who that is." Max said as he walked over and opened the door. A squad of police officers were standing together waiting for him and Max politely but nervously asked " Oh hello officers. Can I help you?". The large group of officers started storming into the house without any context or invitation to do so and one of them said. "While a team of scientists were scanning this area for research on high concentrations of pollution, they found an un usual high rate of energy coming from this house. We're only here to search for anything causing this high rate, you have nothing to be afraid of." I exchanged a nervous glance with Ross, and Sky since we all knew that we had caused those levels of energy, which the police were sooner or later most likely to find out.
