Chapter 11

<the next day>
Waking up late like usual I checked if Yoongi was awake. Sleeping like usual. I changed from pyjamas to some clothes and I stuck a baseball hat on.
I whipped up a quick breakfast for us and placed it on the table.
Today Yoongi and I are going shopping for outfits for tomorrow's party. It's going to a lot easier not having to drag a wheel chair round everywhere. I kinda wanna wear a dress tomorrow...
"Y/n where are you?" I heard Yoongi shout from a distant room.
"Kitchen! I made breakfast~~" I chimed as I heard his heavy foot step come closer as he entered the room. He smiled at breakfast on the table and immediately sat down.
"How's your foot?" Asked sitting down next to him and eating food.
"It's completely fine now I'm excited for tomorrow." He spoke before gobbling down on breakfast.
"I've haven't been to a party in a very long time..." I replied thinking back to when I used to go to my parents parties. They were more like business meetings though...
"I went to one with the basketball guys a couple months ago. It was pretty lame though." Yoongi explained taking a sip of coffee.
"Because you had no friends?" I teased he immediately glared at me.
"Shut up." He pouted then smiling afterwards.
We continued to eat and got ready as today I'm gonna take Yoongi to the 'posh' side of Daegu. We need some classy party clothes.
Yoongi came back downstairs in some of the new clothes he bought the other day. Honestly he looked hawt. Like mwah mwah mwah. I have to calm down but-

"Y/n~" he waved in front of my face.
"O-oh hey you look good today~" I complimented as I snapped back to reality.
"Don't I always." He smirked crossing his arms.
"Aishhh" I hissed, lightly punching his back walking out of the house.
He chuckled in response as we walked down the street into the centre of the city.
Our hands lightly brushed against each other. What is he doing to my brain today... I'm low-key freaking the fuck out over my best friend. And I have a boyfriend...
"Woah..." Yoongi gasped as we entered the first store. I rested my hand on his shoulder and leant my head next to his ear.
"Go wild~" I whispered as Yoongi immediately set off to find clothes. He was looking at very plain clothes so I pulled on his shirt and forced him to follow me to the suit section.
"This is what the dress code says you should wear." I explained to him as he started flipping through different suits.
"What kind of school party wants people to wear suits?" He complained pulling out one suit and resting it on his arm.
"Sungmin told me that the hotel the party's at only excepts non-casual clothing." I smiled.
"This one's pretty cool.." he mumbled examining the suit and placing it over the other suit on his arm.
"Sungmin also said people are treating it like a warm up for prom~" I chuckled helping Yoongi out, carrying the suits.
"Really? It's not even the end of October yet..." Yoongi wondered picking up another suit.
"Time goes faster than you think." I grinned. "Do you wanna try these on?" I question.
He nodded silently as we headed to the dressing rooms. I waited outside for him to put the first suit on. A minute past and he stumbled out. Daaaammn I was not ready for this...

"You look so cute!" I smiled at him.

"Not deviously sexy?" He posed weirdly. I laughed at his sudden charisma.

"Aish if your laughing at me it's no good!" He pouted going back into
the changing rooms.
Another minute passed and he came back out. As he came out the dressing room I drank the water I had in the bag I brought. However as soon as I saw what he was wearing I choked. Holy fuck. I'm trying to be loyal here Yoongi! I have a fucking boyfriend. But-

Yoongi chuckled at me when I saw him.
"That's the reaction I was looking for." He smirked as he held my chin locking eyes with me.
"I don't know who you think you are.." I pouted turning away completely flustered.
He trapped me under the wall I was leaning on... I gulped.
"I'll get this one~" Yoongi smiled evilly at me and pulled away.
"I'm sexy right?" He smirked at me.
"Just go get changed." I stated turning away from him. I heard a small giggle from him before he headed to get changed.
Aaaaaaah he's my best friend I can't think like this... I started banging my head on the wall next to me. I'm insane.
Yoongi and I headed to the cashier to purchase his suit. I paid quickly and Yoongi carried his suit. I dragged him to the store I wanted to buy my outfit from.
Yoongi p.o.v
Why the fuck did I do that? She has a damn boyfriend. I'm such a fucking ass. I'm sorry y/n. I mentally curse at myself for making a move on my best friend.
"Wow~" y/n smiled like the dork she is at the thousands of high end clothes.
"What are you gonna chose?" I asked staring at y/n pick up a few outfits and putting them back.
"Not sure... can you look for the dresses?" She questioned starting to wonder off.
"Sure.." I waddled off from y/n and walked throughout the store.
I passed the hundreds of clothes and found an aisle of dresses they were all real fancy... I traced my eyes over them and one I guess 'caught my eye'

I stretched my arm out to reach for the outfit when y/n started running towards me.
"Where did you go?" She smiled at me curiously.
"You told me to find th-" I tried to reply. Y/n stared at where my hand was reaching out to and immediately pulled out the outfit I liked.
"Woah... this is beautiful..." she mumbled admiring the clothing.
"Are you gonna get this one?" I asked staring into her glistening eyes.
She nodded silently and held tightly onto the outfit.
"What else are you buying?" I questioned peering at the shopping basket behind her. She block my view quickly.
"Nothing.." she replied signalling for me to give up finding out.
"Okay...." I spoke worriedly as she grinned wide.
We paid at the till and exited the store.
The streets were very busy today people pushed passed one another frantically and it seemed as everyone was in a rush.
I swerved through the crowd. However when I looked for y/n behind me she was getting separated from me. Before we lost sight of each other she lunged forward and clung to my arm. We linked arms and I carried us through the people.
"Y-Yoongi! Aaah." Y/n tripped up a little I held her up tightly then I guided us to a small cafe. We sighed in unison entering the chic cafe. Queueing up to order I scanned the menu and decided what I wanted.
"Yoongi l-let go.." y/n chuckled wiggling her arm from my right grip.
"O sorry," I laughed back awkwardly removing my arm from hers.
I'd completely forgotten I was holding onto her... I guess it just felt 'natural'
We ordered and sat down at a table near the window. I gazed outside with my coffee in hand and I felt a piecing stare from y/n.
"Are you okay?" I asked locking eye contact with her. She looked down at her drink instead of me and nodded silently. What's going on between us today?...
"You excited for tomorrow?" I tried to change the subject. She smiled instantly and nodded calmly.
"Sungmin said he's booking a hotel room for us. One for you as well~" y/n mumbled still staring mindlessly at her drink.
"Is the party late at night?" I questioned taking a sip of coffee.
"Yeah it starts at 10pm..." y/n replied her mind slowing drifting off into deep thought.
I chuckled at her thinking face. She's probably nervous to go to a party with her boyfriend... that's pretty sweet if you ask me.
We got back home safely and we both agreed to head to bed early as tomorrow will be a long day.
