I just don't want to let you go
And if only you could know
How much you mean to me.
The mystery of the moon compliments
The splendor of the sunrise.
The squalor of the sea quiets for
The serenity of the shore.
I am attempting to find peace, but it eludes me.
Words are an expression
But is this expression enough?
I will do my best
To express
My love for you.
Because really you mean
So much to me.
More than I can communicate
In words.
