"Chris I don't know if... Chris?" Chan, as his friends called him, and Seungmin were having an important reunion about recent events until...
Christopher was daydreaming again. His eyes turned black, his head lifted up, exposing his forehead while his curly blonde fringe moved back. He was in a trance, and Seungmin knew he could not bother him in this state.
Chan had that ability since so long he didn't remember when this premonitions started appearing. Groups of instant images and feelings, sometimes even vague smells that ran rapidly through his mind. Lately, he was having lots of them.
Three months ago, while scolding Jeongin for stealing Changbin's headphones, Jeongin saw his elder drop the book he was holding - he grabbed himself by the hair while groaning in pain, and suddenly, his eyes-balls darker than coal, Chris grabbed the boy by the shoulders and said word by word: "Eyes shinier than stars, a freckle under one of them. The time has come to search the second chosen."
Chris' legs completely failed and his weight dropped to the floor. That night, the brotherhood started a mission.
Since that day Chan kept visualizing the same boy in his head. Tall, really dark hair, long neck, small head. His visions were vague, but he knew that if he saw that boy in person he would recognize him. And he did. One month ago, after the endless research of Seungmin and Chan's visions Chris was able to find the boy.
Right now, he was inside their property, somewhere in the mansion. They still had to plan how to explain everything to him.
"Are you okay?" Said Seungmin after Chan returned to his natural state. But he didn't respond, he was staring at the table hyperventilating and Seungmin could tell something was wrong.
"This can't be real, he- he-. He's escaping. I've seen him, running. He's looking for an exit. Seungmin, we have to stop him." The words left the older's mouth at the speed of light as he stood up and walked towards the hallway. The younger followed him without asking questions.
...
Hyunjin ran through the corridors of the propriety. He was hyperventilating and really scared: his gaze, lost. Looking everywhere, like a prey, he searched for an exit. Opening door by door until he finally found a familiar face.
Jeongin's smile made him feel like everything was alright for a moment. He actually didn't know if he could trust him anymore, but he had to be smart. While approaching the boy, he planned his escape: he would make up an excuse to leave early and then never come back. The thought of leaving the house made Hyunjin smile wildly, and the young Jeongin who was standing a few meters away from him just thought he was really happy to see him.
"Jeongin-ah! Hello again, I actually had to talk about you about one thing." Slowly Hyunjin's face expression became more serious.
"Oh, what's it?" Said the younger.
"Due to a personal emergency I really have to leave as soon as possible..." Said Hyunjin, fake worried.
"Oh..." Jeongin looked disappointed. He broke eye-contact with Hyunjin and started to walk towards the door. "Let me get your street clothes." Jeongin said before leaving the room.
Hyunjin's heart rose it's pace again. He felt like it was a life-death situation. Well, he could do nothing but wait now, he would find out sooner or later if his plan works out.
After what felt like years Jeongin entered the room in a hurry and Hyunjin stood up to greet the guy for the third time that day. But then, two strangers followed him. Jeongin stood by the door, and with a significant shaking voice he managed to say, succeeding on not crying, "I'm sorry, Hyunjin, I'm so sorry."
