Mark's fist hesitated but, slowly but surely, it made contact with the wooden door. He waited for a few minutes before going to knock again. No shuffling was heard but his hand almost connected with Sean's face as he went to knock for the second time. He grinned sheepishly and slid his hand back down to his side, stopping to rub the back the back of his neck nervously first. Mark opened his mouth to say something and Sean slammed the door in his face. Mark's hand flew forward and caught the door before it could close, although he regretted it. Mark nursed his now throbbing hand but Sean reopened the door.
"What do you want?" Sean drawled out in his thick Irish accent. Mark smiled at the cuteness of it. It had been days since the two boys had seen each other and both of them were going through agony. Not being able to touch or hold one another was torture. But Sean was stronger than that. He wasn't just going to throw himself back into Mark's arms. And Mark was going to respect Sean's boundaries. Mark rocked nervously on his heels before thinking of a good way to approach this situation.
"I want to talk to you," is what he settled on. Bad choice. Sean huffed and went to slam the door again. Mark caught it and flung it open. This proceeded to make Sean even more mad.
"Oh now you want to talk?! Well I wanted to talk to you when you threw me out of your apartment but no! We couldn't talk then! We have to do everything on the famous Markiplier's time!" Sean exploded. Mark frowned. That wasn't fair. Sean didn't know the whole story. Mark held up his hands to get Sean to stop. They were attracting the attention of the other college students in the dorms. Sean sighed and pulled Mark into the room with him. Jonathan and Evan were sitting on the bed looking sheepish as if they had been doing a bad thing by just being there and overhearing the conversation. The two of them scrambled to their feet as Mark entered the room.
"We should go." Evan offered and dragged Jonathan out of the room. Once the two were gone, Sean walked over to his bed and sat down. It was Mark's turn to sigh now as he saw Sean's sad looking face. He walked over as well, and sat next to Sean.
After sitting there a while, Mark spoke. "Can I explain to you what happened?" Mark paused. "What's happening?" Mark clarified that it was still going on. Sean nodded and Mark cleared his throat. He explained in great detail what had happened with his mom He told him that she's always been like that and that nothing would change her. He also told him about how she threatened to kick him out and about how she followed through on that promise. "    I make enough money with YouTube now that I can afford to live on my own, I just need someone to sign the lease with me, because I have no credit. I also have two days to pack up all of my belongings." Sean looked at him with sad eyes until he got an idea.
"Well, me and my friends will help you pack up and then you can stay with me until you find a new place, And when you do-     I'll sign the lease with you." Sean told Mark. Mark smiled, obviously overjoyed.
"Sean, that's great, but I wouldn't want you to sign something that you wouldn't be able to enjoy." Mark's smile fell a bit. Sean shook his head
"Who said I wouldn't be able to enjoy it?" Sean asked. Mark gave him a quizzical look before it hit him. Mark's mouth gaped open in shock.
"You mean?" Sean cut him off.
"Yeah." He nodded.
Mark smiled widely before picking Sean up and twiring him around. "Will you move in with me?" Mark asked, even though he already knew the answer. Sean nodded his head furiously.
"Uh, duh!" He exclaimed and the two of them danced around the room together.
