The Adventures of Evelyn and Snape

Eight Chapter

The pair went to the lecturing hallway only to find it empty, except for the maid doing her daily sweeping.

"That's odd," Snape said thoughtfully.

"Yeah definitely"

After a moment the pair turned on they're heels and walked quickly to the stables to see if the general was there.

Sure enough, as they neared the stable entryway they heard the yelling of the old man. It sounded as if he was giving orders for a group of his soldiers to find something. He also sounded awfully irritated which is why Snape and Evelyn hesitated before entering.

"Hopefully he doesn't kill us" murmured Evelyn right before they made their appearance.

Snape cleared his throat to get the attention of the people, animals and super beings in the room.

"You are all excused," he said in a loud and confident voice
"the general and I will come up with a plan, in the meantime secure the entrance to the capital and make sure no one gets hurt "

They neared the captain, Snape walking one step in front of Evelyn, an unconscious gesture to protect his lover.

"Captain, may a have a word with you?" Snape asked, but his voice was filled with such confidence that it sounded more like a statement.

"Why?" Asked the captain, not bothering to look at the couple.

"We have a reason to believe that you're the cause of the little accident that made our allies to turn against us" tuned Evelyn in, taking a step forward.

"You have no right to make such accusations"

"We actually do," said Evelyn cheekily.
"Have you heard of a certain miss Jearah? She was so kind to tell us about her suspicion and therefore the right for us 'to make such accusations'" said Evelyn, using his fingers to quote what the captain had said.

"You better watch out small fry, I'll crush you" sneered the captain, obviously displeased.

Snape stepped in front of his lover and reached out his arm in a protective gesture.

"I'd like to see you try"

The captain smirked.

"Yeah? 'Cause unlike you, I actually got an army. All you have is, that."
He said while pointing to Evelyn.

Snape reached around his waist, taking something of his black leather belt, a dagger. He leaped forward, pushing the dagger again the captain's throat.

"You better watch out, punk" He spat

Evelyn sighed and tugged Snape back by his black shirt.

"All we wanted to do was ask you a couple of questions," Evelyn said while pinching the bridge of his nose.
"So you better sit the fuck down and listen," He said with such authority that the taller men couldn't help but follow his command. He pointed to a seat which the guard sat down in.

"Oh, and your army? They serve the king and this dimension, wouldn't it be a shame if such a high and respected noble like me were to show my distaste for you to the king and queen? It'd be a shame if you lost your position just because you didn't have the right attitude. Your a skilled warrior, I know that, but it's your IQ that worries me."
Snape said in a deadly voice.

"Are you blackmailing me? I dare you to kick me off the army, we will see how your mate likes to be raped and killed. After all, you don't seem like one to fully satisfy their mate." The captain sneered.

Before Snape could get to him, Evelyn was already on him. He punched the guard in the face effectively breaking his nose.

To say the captain of the guards was not pleased was an understatement. The captain was livid. He grabbed Snape's lover by the collar and was about to hit the shorter man when Snape intercepted.

He said a quick spell that had the captain tied up to the chair he was sitting on a second ago. Evelyn was about to hit him in the face when Snape grabbed him by the waist and pull him back. Once he had his lover calmed, he turned to the tied man.

"I don't know what dimension you come from, but here you don't threaten the national wizards, mate. Do you know how much power I hold? I am as powerful if not more powerful then the king himself. You can consider your time as the captain of the guard finished. Now you will answer my question with straight honest answers or so help me you will be hinged in the city square at the capital so everyone can see what happens when you test a wizard"

The captain glared and tried to pull the ropes off him, but he couldn't seem to find a knot. He bared his teeth in an animalistic gesture and fangs started to grow, his dull blue eyes started to shimmer then glow and hair started to grow out.

"Well, that sure answers the question of what you are," said Evelyn smugly
"It's just too fucking bad that we didn't ask that question you dip shit"

The beast glared at Evelyn then tried to spit in his face, but sadly enough for him, gravity was still around and so his spit plummeted to the ground, not even close to its destination.

"Rude mother fucker, huh?"

Snape glared Captain's sad attempt to dirty the beautiful being in front of him.

"Why did you start a freaking war?" Said Snape, not looking away from the spit on the floor.

"They're fucking weak, we couldn't use them in wars!"

"But they can produce damn good weapons and resources you fuck tard!" Screamed Evelyn in response to the older man's incompetence.

"Oh"

"'Oh'? Just a fucking 'oh'?! Fucking hell, are you that fucking dumb? Are you just that sitting clueless!? Like fucking hell, you must be sitting me!"

It seemed like the other men were caught off guard by the smaller one's train of words.

Snape took a step towards Evelyn and gave him a water bottle, before patting his back.

"You can take a short little break if that would make you feel better"

"Ah, no worries. I can go on"

"Oh, ehm. Then, please take a little break, go figure out the learas' weakness"

Evelyn pouted but turned around and walked to the research centrum. He plopped his but down and started looking up facts and old newspapers from their planet.
