Every member of the team continued to practise, revealing their efforts and perspiration.
This. Hoseok couldn't be any prouder of his team. He knew that with his team, they're unstoppable, unbreakable-

At the corner, y/n seemed to be wincing to some sort of pain.

That's not good

With his eyes focused on your actions, he approached you without you noticing.

"Something wrong?"
She flinched. Y/N snapped her head up in surprise, "No no, just... warming up."

He watched as you slowly get up on your feet with an effortful smile, "see?"
Y/N walked away from him as fast as she could while remaining at a constant speed.

{Y/N}

That was close- too close.
You couldn't show a single sign of weakness to your team. It could lower their confidence.

"Mrs L/N, I'm afraid to tell you that your daughter's condition is becoming much worse than before"
"How is that possible?"
The sound of your mother's whispers with the nurse unwillingly rushes through your mind;

"Her spine has been severely injured for years now, and it creates a serious effect to her spinal cord."
"Doctor, will my daughter still be able to dance?"
"Her spinal cord injury will lead to paralysis. Therefore, I'm afraid not, ma'am."

No.
She shook her head a little to focus more on her surroundings.

"Let's run this from the top!." y/n announces as she bounces a little to show enough strength her body could hold.

Everyone nodded while Jimin restarted the queue.

The first performance was the duet. Hoseok and y/n were ready and displayed every move with a perfect storyline; The male and female grew as rivals that dance-battles were expected so much from these two. Time flew by and they realised neither would win unless they danced as one. In the end, they became the best duo.
Despite the storyline is very simple, their duo in both performance and reality matched really well together.

The music changed and Hoseok walked 'off-stage' whilst Sasha and Jade began strutting as their entrance 'on-stage'.

Y/N began to loosen her moves as the pain struck. She continued to dance every move well. The only part she knew she couldn't handle well was the final group dance.
It was a mix of hip-hop, waltz and contemporary.

As the final song came on, the members ran 'on-stage' one by one at a timed speed.

They danced to their hardest, causing the mirror to fog a little from the heat.
The song finally came to an end and the members collapsed on the floorboards, not caring how hard they'd fall or who they'd land on. Y/N. Still standing, she continued to practise.

"It's okay to be a little tired, y/n." Namjoon breathes out, still feeling exhausted.

"Who says it isn't?" y/n replies bluntly as she continues.

"Y/N, rest a little. We've all worked hard." Yoongi says.

"yeah-yeah..."

Y/N continued to practise a little harder before silently wincing and slowing down.
