Chapter xxv

•Next Day •

"Round Three, people!" Mr K announced, "This may be the final round."

"Can't believe we made it this far." Hoseok fake sobs.

"The final one takes three different performances into one; a duet, three member girls group and a whole group."

"Oooh! I know the best pair for the duet!" Taehyung exclaims as he looks at you and Hoseok.

"Who is it then?" Mr K asks.

"Yoongi and Jade." Taehyung smiles widely at them.

"Piss off." Yoongi and Jade spat in unison.

"I suggest our leaders should take the duet. They'd kill it if they danced together." Jimin says.

"Done. You guys have two weeks. Good luck." Mr K nods as he leaves the room.

"We totally got this." Y/N smiles to Hoseok.

"Oh! One more thing!" Mr K pops back in, "I just got another message; the girl group dance must have a female concept."

"That's cool." Y/N nods.

With that, Mr K leaves once again, closing the door.

"That's fucked." Y/N rolls her eyes, "I can't do the typical female concept!"

"Rules will always suck, y/n. But at the end of the day what can we do?" Jade replies.

"It'll be fine, y/n. We can totally do this." Sasha says.

"Not in a week!" Y/N replies.

"Let's start asap then."

"Hobi, what do we do?"

"H-Huh?"

She never asks me for advice!

"Let's work on the group one first since it'll be the main one. Then, we'll work on mini-groups afterwards."

"Good idea, Hobi. Alright guys let's do this!"

Hoseok and Y/N began to choreograph the full-group dance together and taught the members roughly.

Hours pass and the girls began to choreograph for their chosen song; Lip Gloss by Lil Mama

"Y/N shake your ass! Not your knees!"

"My body won't let me dammit!"

"Okay okay don't worry y/n, you'll get this!"

"Have you seen my ass?! There is nothing there to shake!" Y/N exclaims.

Jin couldn't hold his laugh at what y/n just said, he burst out with the loudest window squeak.

"Shut up, Jin! I don't need to hear anything from your thick ass!" Y/N spat.

"Alright now the next thing you do is bend low like this. Now copy."

"Do you boys have to be here? I feel uncomfortable with you guys watching."

"Oh, don't worry, I'm gay." Jungkook whispers.

"BITCH WE ALREADY KNOW." Taehyung exclaims slapping Jungkook on the arm.

"I've got a new idea for our duet!"

"Not now, Hoseok." Y/N replies as she was busy focusing on dancing.

•A few drops later•

"Damn y/n, you thick." Jade lies since y/n was just resting on the floor. However, luckily she caught Hoseok turning around.

"Made you look." Jade chuckles as she elbows Hoseok.

"Yah, that wasn't even funny." Hoseok growls as he leaves the room.

"What?" Y/N asked as she slowly got up from her nap.

Jade shrugs innocently.

"Shall we practice again?" Y/N asks as she stands back up, "I think I'm almost getting it."

"Right." Sasha groans sarcastically.

•Timeskip to sundown•

Hoseok who sat alone outside the room couldn't believe that the day has ended and y/n has never came to work on their duet.

He hates to admit it but he felt like he really needed y/n's attention.

"Oh! Hobi, there you are!"

Hoseok jumped slightly at y/n's voice.

•Y/N•

I noticed that Hoseok still hasn't returned since he left the room when I woke up so I decided to go out and look for him.

As I walked out of the door, there he was at a corner sitting down. Something about really is beginning to bother me however I try not to show it.
Besides we're just dance partners with a professional relationship. We made a promise to that.

"Oh! Hobi, there you are!"

I approached him and sat beside him with a warm smile.

"What? Practice over?" He asked in a cold voice.

"Well not yet."

"So what are you doing here?"

"Me? I came to find you."

"Why?"

I really didn't feel like arguing with anybody today but Hoseok really is tugging on my nerves.

I stood up out of the seat as I clearly didn't feel the need to be around him anymore.

"I don't know whats up with you, Hoseok. But when you feel mature enough to join us for the Grand final, feel free to come back inside."

Hoseok scoffed and turned away from you with a smirk.

Unbelievable. I'm struggling and stressing over this final round and he decides to play petty over something tiny that I might've done.

Whatever. I'll deal with his problem at the end of this, but right now I don't have time.

I stormed off back inside the room, slamming the door shut behind me.

The rest of the members quickly turned around to me.

"Alright guys let's go through our full group."

"Where's Hoseok?" Jin asks.

I let out a sigh, "He's... Well he's-"

"Waiting for practice to start."

I turned behind me and saw Hoseok closing the door behind him as he joined the rest of the group.

"Come on guys, we only got a week!" Hoseok says.

I guess he isn't upset anymore. Although it still bothers me; what's wrong with him?
