Chapter 5* The ditch*

Alex's POV

   I woke up because of the loud buzzing sound of the alarm clock, I turned sideways to check the time and it was just 5:15am.

  I immediately got up to do a little exercise just beside my bed. After the small exercise I headed downstairs to do some domestic chores like cleaning the entire living room,vacuuming the floor,washing the dishes from last night used by Evelyn and her friends, and doing her laundry  and making breakfast for the whole house.

Evelyn had other foster kids besides me, there was Mitch, he's 19 which made him the eldest kid in the house, a huge fan of bullying people including me,I haven't done anything wrong to him but he just hates me.

And there was Ace and Anika, the twins we have in the house, they're 17, the same age as me, I get along with Ace but I can't say the same for Anika, I always thought them being twins were cool, I mean I wish I had a twin too and we'd both gang up and fight the people that tries to bully me and we'll always be there for each other.

‘if only wishes came through that easily ’.

  There was also Jordan, he's 15 and evil, yeah Evil, he's like Mitch's younger version, and the king of pranksters.

And last but not the least,there was Sophie, She's 10 and the youngest,and she's my best friend, I mean apart from Jessica of course, she really understands me and I love her like i would love my own real sister although we're not blood related.

“Alex!,are you gonna take all day just to make a simple breakfast?!, hurry up will you? ” Mitch practically yelled at me.

“Why don't you do it yourself, big for nothing ” I murmured to myself.

“What'd you just say!?”

“I said am almost through with it, just give me a few more minutes.” I said to his hearing this time around.

I really was in no mood for his trouble this morning so I just act like a meek little Alex.

“Well hurry up with it,my patience's running thin.”

“Sure.” I said while rolling my eyes when he looked away.

Once I finished making breakfast, I ate a little portion of mine and went upstairs to get ready for school.

'About that, wait a minute, isn't today supposed to be the tomorrow of yesterday.

The same tomorrow that am supposed to tutor Lucas Scott.
OMG!!!!,tomorrow IS definitely today. Ahhhh!! what am I gonna do now, am so nervous,what if I embarrass myself in front of him, or do something stupid in front of him, no no no that cannot happen, oh no please it can't happen.

Oh just shut up Alex, why do you care, you're just going to tutor him not marry him, I mean what could possibly go wrong, you're not his type,remember that, just go there, tutor him and come out when you're through, simple as that.
