Diana's POV

I have a feeling today's gonna be a good day, why, I don't really know, I guess we have to wait and find out.

"Hey sweetheart, how are you doing this morning?"

"I'm fine dad" I said to my father.

"So how's school been going ?" he asked again

"Good, what's with the questions daddy?" I started eyeing him.

"What, can't a father ask of his daughter's well being any longer " he said.

"Whatever daddy, where's your wife anyway? "

"Diana, I know you're not in good terms with your mother, but please she's still your mom and you have to give her the respect she deserves, am I clear? "

"Are you done?, cause I have to go to school now, I don't wanna be late " I said to him.

"Diana!" he raised his voice.

"Okay, am gonna take that as a yes and am gonna be on my way now, bye daddy, love you!! " I waved at him and left immediately cause am in no mood for one of his lectures today.

I enter my car and am greeted by no one other than my amazing driver, Gary, just so you know, I'm still very annoyed with him so I just ignore him in other not to get even more angry with him.

On reaching school, I stepped out of the car immediately and headed straight to my locker.

My friends weren't here yet so I guess I'll just wait for them in class.

While I was looking around, I spotted Mason Kendell talking with some guys from the football team, when I saw him I quickly looked at my mirror that i always keep in my locker, I wanted to check if my makeup was still good and if my hair was still shiny and well kept, because I wanted him to see me when I'm in my most beautiful state and with what am seeing now, hmm he's going to fall for me in matter of seconds.
I smile at my reflection in the mirror and turn to where he was standing and also smiled. I close my locker and take a deep breath then started walking towards him and the boys.

"Hey boys, how are you all doing today? " I said to them when I reached there and they were all staring at me like bunch of idiots well except my Mason of course.

"urrrr, ar-are you talking to-to us?" one of the idiots spoke up while stuttering.

"Well of course I am, silly, are you surprised at that ?"
I asked the idiot.

"well to be honest, yeah, a little bit" the idiot said.

"Actually a lot, like a whole lot" another one of the idiots said.

"Well let's keep all that behind us,shall we?, good, now tell me your names " I said to the idiots and Mason

"Ok, I'm Jake, and these are my friends, Kyle, Jason, Nick and Mason" the first idiot, Jake said and I nodded at them all including Mason.

I really didn't memorize all their names, the only name I heard out of all this idiot said was Mason's name.

"Nice names you've all got there, so I believe you all know my name, right? " I asked them raising an eyebrow at them.
