Red kits prophecy

Chapter 2

Redkit is curled up in the nursery. Her tail curled over her nose. Her eyes finally open are bright blue. She walks out of the nursery. And over to the fresh kill pile. 'I wonder why my mother didn't want me.' She thinks. She picks up a small mouse and trots over to a sunny spot.

She starts to eat the mouse and finishes it after a while. A little Tom trots over to her. "Hi I'm bluekit!" He says happily. "I'm redkit." She manages to squeak out. The young Tom purrs. "Come on let's go play a game!" Red kit jumps after him and thinks. 'I wonder what we ate gonna do.' She thinks and trots next to him.

As they play for a long time all of a sudden they hear something snap! They squeal as raven clan burst Into camp. The kits run and hide and all of a sudden warriors yowl. The kits scream and blue kit pushes redkit out of the way. And all of a sudden a tree falls onto his back legs. Redkit yowls "blue kit!"

Raven clan retreats and runs back to there camp. Duststar races over to blue kit and helps warriors drag the tree off of him. Red kit stands shaking.the warriors helps carry blue kit to the medicine den and walk with red kit. She lays down in a nest her eyes still wide. Blue kit lays in the nest next to her his blue eyes closed. The medicine cat gives redkit some things for shock and then works on bluekit all night.

In the morning the medicine cat is sound asleep and blue kits legs are wrapped in cobwebs and sticks wrapped in them as well to be a binder. Redkit trots out of the medicine cats den and over to the fresh kill pile and grabs 2 mice and 1 thrush and trots back she sets one in front of blue paw for when he wakes up and gives the medicine cat a thrush. "Thank you red kit she says purring." Red kit nods and eats her own mouse.

Redkit lays in the clearing her blue eyes glazed. And then a dark Tom walks over to her. "I'm night kit." He says purring. "And I want you to know that it's not your fault bluekit for hurt." He mews. "Thanks but I'm fine." She grumbles and trots away. "I don't need you sympathy on anything." She says growling. "Now go play with your mother and leave me alone!" She snaps. 'I don't have a mother....' He thinks and trots away sadly.

She sleeps in the nursery her body withering and twitching. Night kit stands and trots over to her. "Red kit are you okay?" He asks her. She looks at him and growls. "Im fine leave me alone I hate it when people show me sympathy! I DONT CARE THAT I DONT HAVE PARENTS!" She yowls and runs out of the nursery. Night kit sighs and goes back to his own nest. And curls up alone.

Redkit sits looking up at the stars. "I'm sorry I was mean to everyone star clan I just don't like people having sorrow for me." She says and sighs. She trots back into the den and trots over to Nightkit. "I'm sorry." He looks up. "It's okay red kit.. Do you want to be friends?" Red kit nods. "Sure." She trots over to her nest and her body keeps twitching and shivering. Nightkit trots over to her and curls around her. "Goodnight redkit."
