Red kits prophecy

Chapter 10

Redpaw runs up to nightpaw. "Hey!" She mews he looks at her with sorrow it had been only a few days since he had been back. "I have to leave......I have To go to intense training with tigerwhisp since I missed part of mine..." He mews sadly tears coming to his eyes as he sees her eyes full of sorrow. "But you can't leave!" She mews tears spilling I've her cheeks. "I have to....." With that he spins away he doesn't look back because it would make his heart break even more. " this is to hard....." He says and trots with tigerwhisp away.

After a few days have past she got over him leaving she trots trough camp wit her tail and her head high. She trots out of camp and leaps onto a rabbit killing it. It's been a half moon since he has been gone. "I'm pretty sure he isn't ever gonna come back I was a mousebrain to try to love again..." She meows and bumps into bluepaw. "Oh uhh sorry...." She meows and he purrs. "It's fine redpaw." He says and licks her cheek. She takes a step back slightly but then stops. "Look bluepaw I know you like me but you can't replace nightpaw nobody can I'm sorry." She says and licks up her rabbit and Trots back to camp. She drops the rabbit at the fresh kill pile.

After a moon of him being gone she sighs. She leaps up onto a rock outside of camp that outlooks the river she thought she heard nightpaws voice talking to finchflight and shellspirit but she knows it can't be him. She looks at the water and an image if nightpaw appears she looks next to her to see he isn't there. She sighs and looks back down at the water. Shellspirit jumps up next to her. "Hey I have great news!" She says excitedly. "What?" Redpaw asks tipping her head. "Nightpaws back!" She yowls and redpaw looks at her. "He isn't coming back. Don't joke about him with me shellspirit you should know that." She says knowing her and the other she have grown closer since nightpaw was gone. Nightpaw looks around for redpaw. He follows her scent trail and then looks up. Shellspirit sees him and then turns and runs back to camp. Tears of redpaws hit the water as she cries. Her body racking with sobs. Nightpaw tackles her. "Redpaw!!" He yowls seeing his 'mate'. She snarls and kicks him off of her. "I TOLD YOU IM FINE BY MYSELF AND YOU CANT TAKE HIS PL....." She stops mid yowl as she sees it's nightpaw. "Wh-who is trying to take my place finchflight?" She shakes her head. "N-no." She walks closer to him. Then tackles him and keeps licking him. "Nightpaw why did you leave I thought you were never coming back again!" She says and sits to letting him get up. He looks into her eyes sadness filling them. "You don't know how hard it is to be away from you I think of you everyday all day redpaw I love you forever and always." She looks at her paws. "It sure didn't feel like it when you LEFT me... I thought maybe just maybe I could love again after I came here. My mother told me what happened to her.... And what my father did...... I knew I probably wouldn't of been able to love again but now that I had found you I thought it might be possible....." She mews. He looks at we and tackles her and keeps licking her. "Don't worry I'm never leaving again!"
