Chapter 24

                                       Bentley’s p.o.v

So I decided I was going to surprise Allie with some flowers and chocolates before I went there so I texted her telling her I wasn’t going to be able to make it i felt bad for canceling sort of on her but I wanted to get her something I would still go I just needed to get something’s first I quickly shifted behind the grocery store and pulled on my clothes I had in my mouth I ran into the store and grabbed some pink and white roses her favorite then I made my way to the candy aisle I got her one of those 10 lbs bags of M&M’s that was her favorite candy I went to pay for them only to have the cashier lady try to hit on me I just ignored her though I paid for my stuff and ran back out to the back I was 15 minute walk or a 5 minute run from her house and I wanted to get there faster so I shifted again picking up the plastic bag in my mouth and took off running to her house dodging trees and big rocks

When I made it to her house I quickly shifted and got dressed I went to her bedroom windows to see then closed I started to panic she said she couldn’t sleep unless the windows were opened

Was she okay was she hurt me and my wolf Brandon started to panic

*get your fucking ass up there now* Brandon howled in my head

I started to scale the side of the house when I got to the window I pushed it up it sliding easily without squeaking I climbed in and shut the window I looked around the room to see that allie was laying in bed with her face buried in a pillow her fan was off and all the blankets where pulled tightly around her I sat the flowers and candy down and walked over to her she was awake and looked sad and about to cry in a second I was seated and had her in my lap rocking her

“What’s wrong love” I asked she jumped from me scaring her

 “Bentley” she said in a whisper

“Love why do you look like you’re going to cry did someone hurt you” I asked concerned and ready to kill who ever brought this look to my mate

“Im sorry” she said burring her head into my chest

“Why love you didn’t do anything wrong” I said stroking her back

“I thought that maybe…..” she stopped herself from finishing

“What is it Allie you can tell me I promise I won’t do anything to you” I said

“I thought maybe…. May…maybe you were with ….with another girl” she blurted out I felt hurt that she would think that why would she think that

“Why would you think that love” I asked

“It’s stupid I’m sorry for bringing it up” she said getting out of my lap and laid down

“No love tell me why you would think I would cheat on you” I asked trying to keep calm because I knew her last mate cheated on her and I couldn’t except her to get over it and not wonder if someone else would do that to her

“You said love in all your text except in the last to and I thought that maybe you went to see another girl” she said burring her head into the pillow
