Rescuing Sonic

They all screamed as they fell through the portrait. Shadow held on to Cream as Cream held him back. They then eventually reached hit the ground with a thud. Shadow landed on his feet, and slowly set Cream down. Everyone got up, and they all ran toward Cream. Amy cried, picked Cream up high, and gave her a big hug. Cream hugged back and cried loudly. "Cream! You're okay!" Amy cried. Cream wanted to say something, but she was too full of tears, she just wailed. Blaze and Rouge walked up, and gave her a hug. Cream snuggled in their arms, and continue to cry. Silver then walked up and held her. "Cream...we are so so sorry that we went here...," Silver said as he hugged her. Tails, Knuckles and Shadow hugged her as well, and that's when Crean stopped crying, but she just sniffled. "Wh-Where's Mr. Sonic...?" Cream asked slowly. They all looked around. Sonic wasn't anywhere. "Oh no!" Tails shouted. "He must have fallen in somewhere different than we all did. Probably because he fell in before we all did!" "Ugh! We were so close!" Knuckles shouted, stomping and punching. "All we wanted was to get Cream back, and we did! But then Sonic had to get captured too!" "We're sorry Cream," Blaze said, sadly. But we need to grab Sonic before we get out of here." Cream nodded slowly, and said, "At least...I won't be alone this time." They nodded, and Shadow held her hand. "What even happened to you?" Silver asked. Cream frowned, and slowly showed them her princess dress. It was torn and ragged. "I was so scared...," she said. "I have never been so scared...in my whole life...." They gave her another hug, but Cream then held on to Amy. "You're staying with me this time," she said. "This time. I'm not letting you out of my sight." Cream nodded, and held her close. "What about you guys?" She asked. "How did you all find me?" "Oh you don't wanna know," Tails said. "Way too scary for you," Rouge said. "Good. I was about to say," she said. "And the worst part is...I don't have my candy.... I don't like this Halloween...." Shadow sighed and took down a knee. "Cream," he said while putting a hand on her shoulder. "I promise, when we get back, I'll give you all the candy you want." "Thank you, Mr. Shadow," she said with a small smile. "But I don't feel like having candy anymore." He nodded. "Let's keep moving," he said. Everyone nodded. "Off to find Mr. Sonic," Cream said.
