Sonic's Halloween Adventure

A big ol' haunted house

Sonic, Shadow, Silver, and Knuckles took the lead while the rest were right behind them. Tails stood behind Sonic closely, Rouge was behind Knuckles, Blaze was behind Silver, and Amy was behind Shadow, with Cream holding tightly to Amy's arm. Of course Cream was scared. Pretty much the most frightened out of Tails and Amy. Sonic looked back at Cream and walked beside her. He then said something that could possibly be the stupidest thing to ask a scared little kid. "You excited Cream?" He asked. Cream shook her head no fast and hid her face behind Amy. Amy then made a face at Sonic, telling him to shut up. "Sorry...," Sonic said. "I think we should leave her behind Sonic," Amy said. And before Sonic was going to say something, Cream interrupted and said, "N-No. I-I'll go." Sonic looked down at her again. "A-Are you sure Cream?" He asked. "I mean, I could still take you home." "No...I'll be okay," she said. "Not like the first time I went to a scary place...with ghosts and all...." Sonic sighed slowly. "Okay," Sonic said, looking down and feeling guilty. Cream saw him and hugged Sonic's leg. "I'll be safe as long as I'm with you, Mr. Sonic," she smiled. Sonic smiled back. "Okay," he smiled back. Eventually, they all made it to a haunted house. To escalate the suspense and terror, they heard the sounds of ravens cawing, and thunder roaring in the sky. "Well...there it is," Sonic said as they all look up. "Talk about a big ol' haunted house." "Talk about Halloween," Knuckles said. The house was not only big, but it had all the distinguishing looks that every haunted house had. It had boarded windows if zombies ever wanted to come in. There were old creaking sounds coming from outside the house. There were of course the ravens and the thunder and all. And of course...on the lawn...tombstones. "Well...want to go in for one or two Scooby snacks?" Sonic asked. "Oh cut off the chatter, Fred," Knuckles said. "Well anyway. Let's just get inside. A storm's coming anyway," Silver said. And so, they all joined together, and opened the rusty gates. They then walked along the cold cobblestone pathway toward the house. They're steps were echoing louder as they got closer and closer to the house. Sonic then walked up to the front door, and stood next to the doorbell. He looked back at everybody. Cream stayed behind everyone, with Shadow, Silver, and Knuckles in the front. "Okay...here we go," Sonic said, as he rang the bell. As soon as he rang it, most door bells would be heard from inside the house. But the doorbell was so loud and bold, that it echoed from inside the house, and was heard where they were. "Anybody home?" Blaze asked in almost a sarcasm tone. Just then, the door slowly opened with a creepy creak that made Tails, Amy, and Cream tremble. "Um...trick-or-treat...?" Cream asked slowly. They looked inside, and it was dark. "This is just like your workshop Tails," Sonic said. Knuckles smirked, and then chuckled. But what they were looking at, wasn't really the time for laughing. Amy suddenly walked up, and held Sonic's hand. Sonic saw her and pulled his hand away. "What?" Amy asked. "It's so that we don't get separated." "Amy," Sonic began, but then Tails held Sonic's hand. And so then, everyone waa holding hands, including Shadow. Cream held both Shadow's and Rouge's hand. They then slowly walked inside, hearing the floorboards creak under their feet. As soon as they all went inside, suddenly, and this freaked them all out. The doors slammed behind them! Cream shrieked, and tried to scurry out! But when she pulled on the door, the doors wouldn't open! "Uh-oh," Sonic said. Lightening then cracked, causing light to peek from outside to inside. And the first thing that they saw, were two red glowing eyes! "What the?!" Shadow freaked. More lightening flashed, and they were able to see thw figure clearly. "Metal Sonic?!" Sonic freaked. Metal's hand was then on a rope, and before they were gonna split, Metal Sonic pulled it, and they all fall through the floor! A trapdoor. They screamed, and right before the door closed above them...Metal grabbed Cream's wrist...!
