Oikawa Tooru.
He was known all over the country for his scandals with princesses of the other kingdoms.
When asked of him, they would simply blush and say, "Oh him? We're just good friends."

How nice to know that my hand in marriage was given to a player.

I was known all over the country for my fierceness and bloodlust in war. I know not many, well, almost no princesses that would ever go to war. I, however was exposed to war from a young age. I would wander around the kingdom in disguise and often hear the people tell tales of me in war. It brought comfort to hear them talk so proudly of me. Almost the only comfort in my life.

I was sword-fighting with my older brother, well, I say brother but we weren't actually blood-related. Kuroo Tetsurou, who was a son of one of my father's close friends and king of a neighbouring kingdom, who was killed in war. He taught me almost everything I knew about sword-fighting. It clearly came in handy during war.

I lunged at him with a sword, when- "My lady." He was thrown off balance and I easily pushed the sword out of his hand with mine and held it at his neck. "I win." I said, with a sly smile, twirling his sword by the handle around mine. He huffed and turned to the servant. "Couldn't wait, huh?" The servant flushed while shaking his head and bowed.

"Pardon me, my Lord, but his Majesty requires the Princess." I sighed and removed the mask that covered half of my face. "Tell him that I will be there in a minute." The servant bowed, "As you wish, my Lady." He went on his way. "One more second and I would have won. If that servant hadn't arrived..." Kuroo huffed once again and removed his mask.

"The servant was only doing his job, my brother," We put our swords on the sword rack and started to remove the gowns that we wore over our clothes. "But I won fair and square." I said while grinning, and I ran for it. He chased me through the castle, both of us laughing, oh so undignified, until he lost me. I walked around, out of breath, through the maze of richly embellished walls and doors.

It was dim, but I came to my favorite room in the whole castle. The observatory. It was beginning to get late, and the once blue sky was slowly turning into beautiful tones of gold and pink, illuminating the whole room. I idly walked around the glass room, having lived in this castle for years yet it never ceased to amaze me of the beauty of nature.

I turned around and bumped into a firm, warm, masculine-scented wall. "Lost, little girl?" A deep voice suddenly spoke. I gasped and looked up. Stood in front of me was a tall man, who held an air of superiority, yet condescending. His presence alone exuded power and authority. He looked a little older than me, but he was undeniably attractive.

He had unruly brown locks, piercing, half-lidded eyes of the same colour, and wore a weird smile on his face. Weird, as it didn't seem genuine. However I sensed something else, even sinister behind this mask he held, as his chocolate eyes raked my figure. He stalked me in a circle, the way a lion would to its prey. "Quite the beauty aren't you, little girl?"

I didn't quite feel at ease, and I stood awkwardly, wrapping my arms around my waist, holding myself. I forced myself to smile, slowly and softly. He stopped right behind me. I felt him come closer until his breath was on my neck. His presence alone was enough to send shivers down my spine. I didn't dare turn around.
