I have nothing to say.

Stars POV
I just closed up shop and started walking home. On my way, I see Quin giving some of her baked goods to little kids and the homeless. I've always wanted to help the homeless, but there is nothing I can do, since I might be one of them soon. I watch as Moira accidentally runs into Quin. I start giggling a little. They get up and start to talk. I wish I had friends, but that would be impossible since I never talk. Moira eventually walks away from Quin, and I look in front of me to see Quin walking towards me.
"Hey Star! Here, want a muffin?" Quin asks me. I was about to refuse, until I see the letter in her pocket that looks oddly similar to mine. I point at it, and Quin looks down. She quickly understands.
"Oh, this? I was givin this by a lady that works at the castle. I was invited to the game to win over the princes. Why did you ask about it? Were you curious?" When she finishes talking, I pull my letter out of my bag and show it to Quin.
"Woah, you were invited too? That's cool, so was Moira! Maybe we can all go together!" Quin says. Wait... She invited me! To go with her? But I'm not special... I thought, until I realize she is still waiting for a response. I nod my head.
"Great, see you then!" She says and walks away. But what about my muffin T-T... I think to myself and start walking toward my house again.
____________________________As I'm going through my bag, I spot something I don't remember putting in there. A MUFFIN?! I take it out, and I see it's a blueberry muffin. Damn Quin, your good. I take out the muffin and split it in half. I wrap half of it up and put it away, and I leave the other half for me to eat. I continue looking through the bag, and I come across the letter. I open it and scan it over, making sure there were no requirements or anything. I finish reading it, now knowing there were no requirements. What to do to pass the time- I know! I walk out of my house and to town square. I go to the middle, and I go to the stage. I walk up to the microphone and tap it, which makes a loud noise and everyone stares at me. I feel embarrassed, but I continue. I was ready to sing. This is it, the first time I'll talk since I was a child. I take three deep breathes, and step up to the microphone. Here goes nothing...
"Fake faces hiding everywhere
Made up, makeup, made up stares
To hide their stolen air
Don't look too close, don't you dare
Stupid seems to be in the air, in my air, everywhere
Blameless I'll shatter through the glare
Make it, take it, they won't share"I sing and everyone looks in awe. I see Quin and Moira come out of their houses to see what all the commotion was about. I continue singing.
"I can't fake it, I'll just make it on my own
I can't blame them, I'll just main them on my throne
I can't fake it, I'll just make it on my own
I can't blame them, I've just got to get to my throne"I continue, and start to sing the chorus.
"I am the latest colors, I sing the newest songs
I read all the lyrics, so I can sing along
I am the latest colors, I stand above my throne
Waiting for an invite to never come along
I am the latest colors, I sing the newest songs
I read all the lyrics, so I can sing along
I am the latest colors, I hate the newest songs
I can't stand the lyrics, I'd never sing along, I'd never sing along""La-la-la-la-la-la-la
La-la-la-la-la-la-la
I'll never sing along
La-la-la-la-la-la-la
La-la-la-la-la-la-la
I'll never sing along"I finish, and everyone starts clapping. I fade into a dark area, and black surrounds me. I try to scream for help, but there is no response. The black area fades, and I see myself in a mineshaft, sitting in a mine cart. The mine cart then speeds downhill, and I wake up in my bed. Wait, was that all a dream?! I get out of bed and run over to the table. My bag is emptied, and the letter is still there. I must have passed out, but how was I in my bed? I see a note on the counter, and I read it.
"I came to give you a book you could read, but you were passed out on the floor! I put you in your bed, and left the book on your nightstand."
-Moira
Oh, that makes sense. Well, I better go pack for the game.
