Merida's persistence

The next day...

Merida's Pov

"I'm going, Mom" I hugged her and ran to the Garage to get car.

~a few minutes later~

I jogged to the fountain where we always meet.

"Punzie, Hiccup!" I shouted.

"Hey" Hiccup said.

"Morning" Punzie greeted.

"Where's Jack?" I asked trying to catch my breath.

"Behind you" I turned around and saw Jack.

"Ya look tired" I raised an eyebrow.

"I don't know" he shrugged.

"Elsa! Come on. Please" we heard someone yell. We saw Elsa talking to girl who has a strawberry blonde hair. It was her sister Anna.

"No" Elsa said sternly. "you only met him yesterday! I'm not allowing that"

"It's true love!" She defended.

"It's not true love, get to know him first then maybe i'll allow it" She said Calmly.

"What do you know about true love? You never fell in love before!" She stormed off.

"Sister drama" Hiccup sighed.

"Elsa!" I called. She waved and started to walk away. You're not getting away this time. I sprinted to her.

"Just leave her alone" Punzie shouted. What's her Deal? I grabbed Elsa's arm.

"I'm sorry" I blurted.

"What for?" She asked. Giving me a confused look.

"Ya were avoiding me yesturday so I must've done something wrong?"

She shook her head. "Being friends with me isn't a good idea"

"Why" I  raised a brow.

"I just don't think it's a good idea" she explained.

I know she's hiding something from me.

"Is it because ya hate me" I asked.

"No" She exclaimed " I don't hate you. In fact I really like you and I want to be friends with you"

She mumbled the rest but I heard it. I smiled at her. She looked at me confused. The bell rang.

"I better go" She said. I nodded.

Hiccup's Pov

Merida ran back to us wearing a big smile.

"something good must've happened?" I questioned.

"Aye, Elsa wasn't mad at me and I heard her say she wants to be friends with me" she explained.

"Really?!" Jack asked enthusiastically. We all  stared at him weirdly. "I mean really?" This time he asked calmly.

"Yeah" I answered.

"I don't think it's a good idea to bother her. If she doesn't want to be friends we should just leave her alone" Rapunzel said.

"Well. I like her. I wanna be friends with her and I heard her say she wanna be friend with us"

"Did you hear say it clearly" Punzie questioned.

"Well. Not really. She mumbled."

"See, then we should just leave her Alone"She tried to persuade me.

"Do ya have a problem with her mate?"I raised a brow. She shook her head. "well. Whatever something tells me to be friends with her"

Rapunzel's Pov

Ugh. It's been 6 weeks. Everyone talks about Elsa. Elsa this, Elsa that. Don't they ever get sicking tired of her. Merida always asks her to hang out with us. She agreed twice. She would eat lunch with us but she won't even talk to us and everyone's okay with it. Even Jack is okay with it.

"Punzie" Merida called. Ugh..Elsa's sitting with us again. Why does everyone try so hard. She doesn't want to be friends with us then leave her alone. I stomped all the way to our table...

Jack's Pov

Elsa eats lunch with us but she doesn't really talk. Usually I don't like anti-social people but there's something about her that makes me okay with it.

"Punzie" Mer called.

Punzie stomped all the way to our table.

"You okay?" I asked her. Her face softened.

"yeah" She smiled "just had a bad morning"

"Wanna talk about it?"

She shook her head grinning. She's been acting weird thid past few weeks. The bell rang.

"Music" Merida mumbled.

In music class...

"wanna sit with us?" Merida asked Elsa.

"Maybe next time" she replied.

We all sat at the back and Elsa sat in the back.Mrs. Reyes walked in.

"I have a surprise for you" She announced. "We're going camping for one month!"

Some girls squealed. Mrs. Reyes cleared her throat. The girls stopped.

"We will be going with my music from the lower grade to Camp. We're going to have fun but of course we need to do something that involves music" We all nodded.

"You're assignment would be to compose a song or create a song based on another song. Do I make myself clear" She stared at us. We all nodded once again. "we leave the day after tomorrow" She finished.
